I have a day job and night terrors, but I try to post once every two weeks. Though, that has long gone by the wayside. And I love to start sentences with conjunctions. So get used to that. I also abuse comma splices, it's because this is more or less how people think, stream of consciousness and all that, I only lament the fact that I can’t write in three dimensions so I could visualize tangents.

However, if you can read this bio without cringing too much, you'll probably be fine with my writing. I'm exaggerating to make a point.

I also don't like to describe characters' appearances, settings, or feelings too much. I'll describe appearance where appropriate, but I like to keep it to things the viewpoint character would notice, though I am trying to work on description. As far as emotion, I figure if you can't tell how a character is feeling from the dialogue, I haven't done my job.

I got a question recently about how I got my name. Several years ago my best friend, who was a youth pastor, asked me to come help teach the high school boys class. We had these skits that we put on every now and then where I played Satan and he played God. Except that I didn't portray Satan like a creep or weirdo at all. I played him as the coolest guy you know (think Barney Stinson or Jeff Winger). After a while the kids started calling me Satan. They meant it as a joke but I just leaned into it.

My Power Rangers 2017 fic is about the synthesis of collectivism and individualism. It also has themes of addiction and loss. I am constantly revising it, getting it tighter and tighter until it shines. The 3rd act is coming.
