Author has written 18 stories for Stargate: SG-1, Harry Potter, Sound of Music, Stargate: Atlantis, and Emma. Heya! I live in Australia. I'm 21. Studying, working and trying to find time for my growing number of hobbies which include; choir, piano, song writing, singing, writing (both fanfic, original stories and non-fiction essays about various stuff), swimming, learning Japanese, cooking, and I seem to be going through a organisational phase which is taking its toll on my room as I try and sort out and rearrange all my rubbish. Hopefully a new desk is in order and will be painting the house. Aren't renovations fun! Favourite fandoms are: Stargate SG-1, Atlantis, trying to get into Universe but I'm still a bit iffy on it. Finally got my hands on SGA season 5 so can read stuff without being spoiled. (For those of you waiting on Changing the Past I was just going to leave it with the last chapter since I couldn't get my head around all that time travel stuff but I thought that woudln't be fair to all of you who have waited. Expect a resolution/ending by the end of the week). Legally Blonde Musical - skeptical at first but I absoultely love it now. Anne of Green Gables series - Gilbert Blythe is the man of my dreams, but Anne Shirley/Blythe is the woman I want to be like in essentials. It's hard to maintain a happy, cheerful attitude towards life and living but I'm giving it a go. Plus she's ambitious, hard working, dedicated and very loyal and I hear you haven't lived till you've hit someone over the head with a slate. Or been the recipient of such an action. P.S. I have some AoGG story ideas that I would love to write, but won't have time to. I'd love to read them if a good writer would like to check them out and take one or two. I honestly don't mind. Just PM me. It's good if your stuck for inspiration. Jane Austen - I've had a hiatus from reading and writing everything Persuasion as it is my favourite Jane Austen novel. I've been slowly working on a modern persuasion for about two years and I think I was getting too involved with it and the other persuasion stuff I've been working on... now I have a healthy love for it, instead of bordering on an unhealthy obsesssion. Go figure. Harry Potter - Some of the best fanfics I've read were written pre OotP by Kirikarin they are awesome and I read Unraveled and Lily In Full Blossom about once a year. No plans for Harry Potter stuff from me in the future. Although after DH I started writing a Snape PoV to A Window to the Past. Fav ships are RL/NT R/Hr G/H... by the way they completely ruined the Ginny/Harry stuff in HBP if you have similar or opposing views I would be interested in discussing just how much they screwed it up. "Open up you... don't you trust me." shudders Narnia Chronicles - C.S. Lewis was a brilliant man. If you don't believe me, read some of his non-fiction stuff like Mere Christianity. I love the Christian threads that have come through this fandom and the best ones I've read are about family and about Jesus and I have really felt the spirit by reading them. Proof of the fact that all things that make us feel the good through the Holy Spirit have truth in them and come from God. I am a Christian, I know that Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father are real and true beings. If you want to know how you can know for yourself PM me. My life has been blessed because of this knowledge. The Sound of Music - the most feel good, beautiful, inspiring, wonderful, amazing, running-out-of-similar-adjectives, that I have ever had the pleasure to watch. I was raised on this movie. I used to live three doors down from grandparents from 0-6years and they had it on VHS. I would sneak out of home in the morning and go to their house and just watch it all the time. Words can't describe how much I love this movie. Other movies/tv shows/ books I like: Hana Kimi, Tsubasa, Drop Dead Diva, NCIS, West Wing, Lie to Me, Little Women, The Holiday, Princess Diaries, Pollyanna, Garth Nix, Shakespeare, The Notebook (movie and book), Maggie Furey, Sophie Masson etc. Can't think of anymore at the moment. Other stuff I like: WWI books and history, French Revolution History, Classic books, Ancient Egyptian anything, Space stuff... Musicals: I adore them, passionate about them, study them, live for them. Sondheim is a genius, Les Mis never fails to make cry, Wicked is wicked awesome, Phantom of the Opera stirs my soul Singers: Natalie Weiss, Natalie Hawkins (check them both out on youtube), Brendan James, Scott Alan, Gerard Butler, Oliver James. I absolutely heart Julie Andrews for obvious reasons! Plans for this year involve finishing my course and then spending 18 months serving on a mission for my church, hopefully in Japan, saving lots of money. After the new year (2005) started, I wrote a short story SG-1 fic, my very first one and posted it. Now I'm writing heaps of fanfics (and reading) and lovin it! Hope this was an interesting read but I hope you read my fanfics more :D ~Love from me! |
