Oh well where to do I start?

Some about me: So I am a Registered Nurse who just got her Bachelors degree 05/21/2012. I hope to be able to update more often than I have due to being out of nursing school, but I am still getting settled into my new home and job. My updates will be shaky on here, but I will get back to my stories when I have time.

I currently live in a house with my husband. We moved in together at the end of October 2012. We married 07/29/2017 and purchased our first home together 11/01/2017. We are currently writing an original novel together so that may eat up a large portion of my writing time/energy outside of work, but I have not given up on my current fanfictions despite the recent changes and developments in my life.

So that's about as personal as it gets really. I have one cat who is seriously probably stoned (on catnip) constantly. I love to laugh, it is one of the best feelings in the world and I love to make people laugh. I'm a pretty shy person and I admit that I'm never really even close to perfect. I'm a bit neurotic, but it keeps things interesting. I may not have an exciting life, but it can be described as interesting for sure lol.

How I Write: Well, I usually have several ideas for fanfictions, but in order for them to get put here I go through a vigorous process with them. First I let them sink in for a month or so depending on the fanfic and then see if I can see an ending for a fanfiction. Then I formulate how I want the characters to be, what I wan to do with them basically and how I could see it ending cleanly. Then I try to type two chapters. Just to see if this thing can take off after 1 chapter. I can't guarentee that the first chapter is very good either, generally its quite raw and unpolished, but if I can get a good second chapter out of it then I contemplate starting a story. I try to think of a catching title an exactly how to word the summary and then finally I post the first chapter and try to keep up with it from there. I have so many just started fanfics on this computer its not even funny, but none of them are really past their infancy and sometimes the idea just didn't turn out being that great or its fire kinda died so I felt that I couldn't write it and have it be very good. Also when I write I finish what I write. Even if it takes me months of incubating ideas I will finish a story. It may not be how I thought it would be when I started the story, my ideas change as I do all the time. It keeps things intersting to do things that way and also fresh so the story doesn't get old and unintersting to write. Writing is an art and a joy and I hope to keep it that way. I do admit over the past few years I've found it harder to return to my works with the passion that I once had. I don't know of this is due to just losing my spark or from stressful work environment. Either way I will do the best I can to either update or give some clarity to the stories I have posted. Happy Reading!
