Hello, welcome to my profile!

For Kuroshitsuji, I hope to write about the supporting characters mostly, because many of them have lots of depth (or potential depth) and are sometimes overlooked. The same goes for what I read - I'd like to find some hidden gems which are focused on characters such as Lau or the servants!

For Hetalia, at the moment I'm just sticking to writing Knight or Never unless inspiration hits XD I'll read stories that sound like they have a good plot or interesting scenario.

Genre-wise, I like all sorts. Comedy, adventure, romance (when done effectively), parody, some sad ones, poetry and creative AU stories :) I will read stories rated K-T, although I do understand that some opt for a higher rating to be on the safe side, like if you're worried about content such as violence, which is hard to rank on a scale. Message me if you're unsure.

Favourite Kuroshitsuji characters (in no particular order):

1. Undertaker - He's just fascinating! Quirky, unconventional, warped, strong and very cunning, but with a tantalisingly mysterious motivation (who is Claudia?!), he's an amazing character. It's cool that he doesn't care much of what people think and that he seems to value laughter over money or ambition. He's already such a personality and there's still more to learn about him!

2. Agni - He's so sweet and loyal, you just want a friend like him in real life! I have a soft spot for this one :) He shows respect for everyone, whether they are strangers or people he's close to, and ever-accepting. I love his storyline - the way he decides to turn his life around and use his talents to help others. He's selfless and doesn't demand that his efforts are appreciated, or even seem to mind if they are. Plus, his relationship with Soma is really special. They have managed to help each other and change the other for the better. Everyone in real life should have the opportunity to meet that one really influential person in life.

3. Prince Soma - Not only is he one of the funniest characters, he's an inspirational fellow. He recognises his faults and tries to change them, is relentlessly friendly and so good-hearted... and doesn't get a lot of credit for it, aside from that from Agni, who likes him unconditionally. He's also quite relatable to everyday people: he has some personal issues with needing attention and love, but feels like (and is made to feel like) he should dismiss his troubles because they aren't unusually huge problems. He's utterly adorable at times - he was so lonely growing up and is often accused of being bratty and self-orientated, but considering these descriptions, he's very other-people orientated, being rather occupied with wanting to hang out with Ciel.

4. Elizabeth - The lovely Lizzie! I find she steals the show in the scenes she appears in. I love how she's so determined to lighten the atmosphere and help Ciel, and her efforts are tireless. She's complex, challenged, brave, cheerful and fun :) Let's hope she has a happy ending in the manga.

1. GerIta - We all started somewhere with this show, and these two stole the first season with their sweet friendship and funny antics! This pairing is also fun to mix with Nyotalia, so with FemItaly and/or FemGermany

3. FrUK or USUK - I know, I don't have a preference XD To me, either one works as well as the other. I usually lean towards FrUK because of their chemistry, but there have been some very good USUK stories which leave me indecisive.

4. PruHun or AusHun - again, they both can work. Hungary's that cool :) Though I prefer AusHun, because I love the dynamic of a classy and sensitive man being with a strong and cheerful girl.

MY STORIES

Note: 'Main' characters are characters whose perspective the story is told from. 'Supporting' characters have prominent roles and appear often. 'Minor' characters either have a couple of important appearances, or just mill around in the background XD

1. Daytime Moon

A Soma/Agni story which will hopefully be quite long. It is inspired by Soma and Agni's character song, Futari No Harmony. It's about Soma's quest to become a 'good man' and leave his mark on the world, while also trying to help Ciel with his watchdog duties. Meanwhile, falling in love with his manservant Agni throws a spanner in the works. Expect romance between the pair to be quite slow-burning: in Victorian England, a relationship between the two which is anything but professional would be forbidden. It takes a lot of bravery to be different.

Other information: Supernatural enemies, fight scenes, one serious injury. The time is ambiguous, but takes place no earlier than after the Weston Arc.

2. Knight or Never

A story about the fun of fandom! If you're writing or reading a Fanfiction website, chances are that you have had at least one work of fiction that affected you deeply. Perhaps you found a character who won your heart. Perhaps it felt like the story was the one missing piece of the jigsaw of your life. Perhaps it changed your life for the better or influenced your opinion on the world. Whatever it was, you might have felt like you should 'spread the love' of the work, maybe to give back to it's creator somehow. This story focuses on friendship, romance and optimism conjured by a passion (in this case, for a manga) and how created worlds impact our real lives.

3. Take Her Away

A story which is a result of yearning for more of the Kuroshitsuji grim reapers - Grell, William and Ronald haven't appeared for over thirty chapters - and (like a lot of people) questioning how Claudia Phantomhive ties in with Undertaker. Why did Undertaker really reanimate the corpses? Why did he leave London Dispatch? In what way is he close to Claudia? The grim reapers might never know...

4. Snow in India

A story inspired by the Book of Murder Fairy Tale side story. Based on Aladdin, we have Soma rescuing a lamp from an auction, which happens to have a shy genie bound to it. This results in the genie - who Soma renames 'Agni' - setting about trying to make Soma's wishes a reality. Unfortunately, Soma's requests are... a tad difficult to fulfil. Mina, however, is secretly working towards a goal of her own, and will do whatever means necessary to achieve it...

Sorry guys, I know I'm so behind with updates! Don't worry, none of the stories have been abandoned - I've just been hit by writer's block, and deadlines and exams have been keeping me busy. Thank you for your patience, and thank you for the feedback those of you have sent in the meantime, it is so helpful and keeps me motivated :)
