 Author has written 5 stories for Final Fantasy VII, and Thor. Welcome! Finally decided I should get something put up here. I am rather new to fanfiction, but I am enjoying both reading other people's work and writing my own. Work in progress: Chaos and Kadaj (a ffvii fanfic). Updates should occur at roughly 2-4 week intervals. Premise: Chaos and Kadaj are returned to the Planet from the Lifestream. This occurs post Dirge of Cerberus and will try to respect canon for the most part, but with some AU elements. Neither Chaos nor Kadaj have been in sole control of their own mind or body in a long time. Now that they are, what will they do with this second chance? Who does one turn to in their time of need when their reputation and sole goal in life has been mayhem and destruction? No Yaoi/No slash/No lemons/No non-canon pairings. I would say friendship fic, but, really, can two such messed-up characters ever have what it takes to be friends with anyone? That remains to be seen. I really appreciate any reviews or pms about this fic. This is my first work of fiction (well... there was that original story about the frog with arthritis back in 6th grade, but I think we would all be happier if we just forgot Jr. High ever happened), so I am aware there are bound to be some rough spots and I welcome constructive criticism. I am immensely grateful to my beta, without whom this fic would be full of many more errors. A little about me: Favorite Fandoms to read: Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy XII, My Little Pony, The Pretender, erm, I am actually pretty eclectic. I like to read longer fics that follow interesting plot twists or develop the characters. Basically, "what if..." stories interest me. I like mischievous anti-heroes and conflicted good guys and hard decisions. I am not huge on shipping - it is just too overdone and too often poorly done - but I don't have a problem with relationships in a fic if they are well written and developed within a plotline. I don't read slash. I will read fics with some cussing and violence, but anything I write will be pretty benign except for thematic elements.
