Ward had lied to Skye about his defining moment. There was more than one. One that had pushed him into darkness and another that was pulling him back to the light, but was it too late for him?

She tries to sleep, but the image kept her awake. The blood she could feel on her hands kept them shaking. He makes the image go away, even after everything he what makes her feel calm.

"Grant's dating history is… laughable, to say at least. It is one thing to pick up women for what both of them know is a one-time thing. The same goes for seducing targets on missions. But actually inviting somebody on a date, somebody he actually wants to like him, is completely different." Or Grant asks Skye on a date and he completely freaks out about it. Fluffy S1 AU.

Skye doesn't like it when Bobbi talks to Ward. Ward doesn't like it when Skye's upset. Neither does anyone else. The title also does not fit the fic.

Grant Ward enjoys singing Disney songs. Skye thinks it's cute. Lillian is too little to understand what daddy keeps blabbering on about. Skyeward family fluff with no real plot.

Skye and Ward add an addition to their family.

Skye realizes too late that she's in love with her best friend.

I think it was a good choice," she said with a conspiratorial wink. In which Grant Ward is the royal giver of baths at the mercy of Queen Skye and their tiny princess.

"Don't worry, he fell in love with you once, he'll do it again," Skye had told her days after he'd woken from his coma with amnesia. That hadn't been her priority but now she wondered if Skye was right because the way Fitz was looking at her now had her stomach in knots.

Skye scrunched her nose in surprise and he fought the urge to laugh. Instead he did it again and sure enough there it was; another wrinkle of her nose. It was the most precious thing he'd ever seen so he did it again and when she turned her head muttering 'stop you weirdo' he kissed her cheek and then pulled her scarf down to kiss her properly.

Skye wanted to argue with her but she knew they all thought she was losing her mind; she didn't need to encourage their fears. She simply nodded and followed her to the lab. When she saw blood seeping through her fresh bandages she said nothing, knowing then it was all in her head.

She struggles, using her free hand to jerk up to try and slap him. He blocks it though, and stoops himself down to be level with her. "Skye," he whispers, harsh and low. "I'm getting you off this plane." / An AU in which Ward decides to let Skye go. For SkyeWard week.

Skye died in the basement in Italy. The team have moved on but they can never forget the family they have lost. Monsters are coming and Hydra are the only ones threatening the reborn SHIELD.

Ward's mission had been simple: infiltrate Coulson's team and report back to Hydra. He never intended to fall in love any more than Skye expected that the guys in suits would become her family. Torn apart by Ward's betrayal, Ward struggles with his loyalties and desires to keep Skye safe while Skye pays the price for their indiscretions. When Hydra discovers Skye's origins, her

Grant Ward is in custody, and has been labeled a traitor. In turn, each of the members of his former team show up to pay him a visit. Simmons, May, Coulson, even Fitz and Triplett. But no Skye. And so patiently he waits for the day she'll show…

Grant returns from an eleven-month mission to find everything's changed.

Tired of all of the UST with his teammates, Trip decides it's time to intervene and finally get these two stupid kids together.

The team is worried when Skye doesn't return to the hotel. Fitz is sent to investigate. A one-shot sequel to 'Of Cupcakes and Gunshots'.

Some nice Hydra-less AU. The team goes is to retrieve an 084 with a set of mysterious powers, including body swapping. When Ward tries to protect Skye from the blast of energy they end up in the shoes of the other, literally. Full of Awkwardness. Skyeward prompt.

Basically what the title says. Yes, I'm getting very un-creative with these.

Her eyes, wide and innocent, are pools of sadness; fingers are lying limply by her side, as if she's already given up. Already accepted her fate.

"Don't play with me," she chokes, desperately trying to keep the tears back. "Don't. Not now. Not after everything you've done."

After a mission goes horribly wrong Grant decides to throw caution to the wind and asks Skye to marry him and they try and fail to keep their marriage a secret from the team or Grant and Skye are idiots who elope in Paris and Coulson is going to kill Ward when he finds out.

Fitz needs help. But Ward and Skye's plan to rescue him was waylaid by their own personal issues.

It's nice to know sometimes that under all that humor, under all those masks of indifference, that she's still a child at heart. At twenty-four she's lived far more than most people have in a lifetime and sometimes that scares him; because someone as pure as her shouldn't have had to gone through the things she has.

Skye and Ward get captured when they plan to meet up with an asset and receive a potentially dangerous 0-8-4 from an ex-SHIELD agent. It doesn't go as planned, and when Skye's life is threatened what will Ward do? Will the team get there on time? Warnings and AN inside.

Sitting beside the hospital bed, holding Skye's limp hand in his, Ward feels guilty. Not because his best friend is here. Not because she is fighting for her life.
