A little about me? Hmmm...where do I start? I've been an art teacher grades k-8 for 8 years. 5 years in the inner-city and 3 years in a private school. Talk about a difference of environments! I also opened up my photography company roughly 6 years ago. I like to write and just recently started my journey with the power of the pen...er computer...whatever.

I'm also a wife but no kids. I have enough kids in my classroom all day so having kids is on our "not right now if ever" list. I enjoy Tae Kwon Do and am currently a year away from my black belt. I do Crossfit and I love running. But don't let those activities fool you, I'm not thin by any stretch. I've struggled with my weight for years once I graduated High School. My goal is just to be active so I don't become too uncomfortable in my own skin.

My husband and I enjoy boating and drinking wine with friends by a fire...or on the couch...or at an winery...or on the boat...pretty much anytime...is my favorite pastime. My life is a hectic string of chaos and I get by the best I can with a social life at times. Once wedding season hits though, I'm MIA for at least 6 months!

That's pretty much it about me. It sounds more glamorous than what it actually is. ;-)

I dabble in more than just writing. Since I'm an art teacher, I like to sketch and draw. I was just recently commissioned for my first anime artwork and like to post pictures of my new endeavors.
