Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles taught me that teenagers really CAN live off of pizza what it means to be a family - it really makes me appreciate my siblings, my loved ones, my home...turtles of a feather flock together.

Tim Burton inspires me with crazy fantasies...and teaches me that sweet young gentlemen don't always finish last but they do usually end up being undead somehow.

The Baggins family taught me that even the smallest person can change the course of history, and God uses the weak to fulfill his plans.

Captain Kirk and Luke Skywalker have inspired me to look to the stars with wanderlust...and hope for the final frontier. Incidentally, Starfleet Medical has taught me that I'm a doctor not a magician

The superheroes of the world have taught me the virtues of nobility and sacrifice...that with great power, comes great responsibility. You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become a villain.

The Guardians of the Galaxy have taught me that RACCOONS FREAKIN' SHOOT FREAKIN' HIGH-TECH GUNS AT SKITTLE-COLORED ALIENS even a ragtag band of misfits can do some good in the universe.

Once Upon A Time has taught me that all magic comes with a price believing in something is exactly what makes it true, and that even villains can get second chances.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has taught me what it means to have a second family, when you don't have a first one to go to.

Sherlock Holmes has taught me that it's Sherlock's job to be sassy while Watson just kinda shoots apologetic glances at everyone they encounter, like "I apologize for my colleague and yes he's always like this I'm sorry" yep that's what I learned from Sherlock

Invader Zim has taught me that aliens can be sexy. - Obviously this is the most important lesson of all.
