'Complicated' isn't the word Jounouchi would use. 'F*cked up' would be better. He won't kid himself that it's mutual. He and Kaiba have always clashed - but when you factor in a dead Pharaoh, long-suppressed emotions, and a whole lot of self-esteem issues, the result could only be the most f*cked up situation Jou's ever found himself in. Set between the end of the manga and DSOD.

Joey's in a rush for his final year of high school to be over, but that doesn't mean he's not finding the time to notice the changes in those around him. He spends more time thinking about his friends than planning his future, and Kaiba wouldn't have it any other way. Eventual KaiJou.

Kaiba knows his thoughts have taken an erratic turn, particularly in regards to Jounouchi, but he doesn't need a bloody therapist. He doesn't need to hold hands and talk about his feelings. He just wants his feelings to get the hell out.

Watson stops denying how much he needs his detective, and Holmes fondly endeavours to aid him in the process. Love is a science, and like any enthusiastic researcher, Holmes desires to explore and test the boundaries of this newly available circumstance - Watson be willing.

I wrote this for a friend before I'd watched any Sherlock episodes, and I only had a vague idea of their personalities. Sherlock will always continue to surprise John. Fluff.
