Hello, all!

I'm a history student who loves tea and spends an inordinate amount of time rotting my brain in front of the television. Ah, well. C'est la vie.

If you find yourself looking for me on other sites, I'm on AO3 as EveningInHornersCorners and on LiveJournal as colonial_teapot. However, this site is my main center of operations, and regardless of other cross-posting I do, most everything will ultimately make its way here.

To date, I've written for sixteen fandoms (and I read a few others), but my main focuses are listed below. This is not to say that I will not venture into other realms occasionally, but these are the ones that are currently most prominent on the inspiration radar.

Primary Fandoms

The Man From U.N.C.L.E.: I've gotten pretty into this show lately. Most, but possibly not all of my MFU fics will be cross-posted to AO3, and this is pretty much the only fandom I'm involved in on LiveJournal.

Secondary Fandoms

Gilligan’s Island: This was one of my earliest fandoms, and my interest in it has resurged as of late. A few of my better pieces are cross-listed to AO3.

Bruno & Boots: I'm much less prolific here than I'd like to be. Boots is my favorite, but I like pretty much everyone and have a strange affection for Mark and Sidney's relationship. I plan to cross-post all my Bruno & Boots fics to AO3.

A Few Notes

1. I have some ideas for most of my fandoms kicking around in development hell; whether they'll ever get out is anyone's guess.

2. Due to evolution in my fandoms and real life, I rarely write shippy fics. However, should the oft one crop up, it will most likely be Skipper/Ginger (Gilligan's Island), Alexander/Valerie (Josie and the Pussycats), or something vague which my readers can interpret for themselves.

3. Alas, though I have made many feeble attempts over the years, chaptered fics are not where my talents lie, so any new postings I make are very likely to be one-shots. I've left many of my unfinished stories up, because I suppose there is always a chance I will continue them--it simply isn't likely.

4. I normally will not take requests. I've been broached about the subject multiple times, and I'm flattered, but I find my creativity isn't on tap most of the time, so I fear the requested stories would never materialize despite my best efforts.
