It been so long since I've actually dedicated any time to this site. The funny thing is within the fanfiction world one's the degree of writing capability is measured by reviews, follows and favorites. Which is sad in a sense. I think that's the most frustrating thing about growing up in the 21th century, your very self-worth is directly correlated to how much others appreciate what you do. That's probably the main reason why I stopped writing all together.

If you are taking the time to read this thank you and if you are also a writer please... Write for as long as it makes you happy, for as long as you truly enjoy what you materialized from that unwavering imagination... recognition from other shouldn't discourage you from creating.

Personally, I feel most authors follow a theme regardless if it's sexual, friendship based or comical to some degree we all have one. Try, try to write out of your comfort zone, try writing when you are experiencing different emotions. Be adventurous with your writing style or else you may become stagnate. Finally if you can, try writing something truly disturbing...you don't have to post it nor should you show anyone but through this you might just learn a lot.
