I have a tumblr account! I am slowly (very slowly) catching up with all these social networking type sites, you can find me under the same pen name I have here. I mostly blog Harry Potter stuff but also there are some personal things, some random stuff and recently a few FF7 posts in celebration of the re-make (I am dying of excitement over this, you have no idea!).

A brief note on my profile pen-name...Kimmimaru has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Naruto character, the names are spelt completely differently. Not that I don't LIKE Naruto, its an amazing Manga but I promise you my name has no relation to it what so ever. :)

Why do I write? I write because I enjoy spinning tales, like a spider and his web, I like to create beauty using delicate seeming threads called words. Writing for me acts as an outlet for all the things I am too afraid to do or be in reality, it provides me with a way to express myself through fictional characters. I can create whole worlds in which I have utter control, I can decide the fate of any one character and make them do whatever I want, in these mini-verses I can make whatever I want! In some ways, I am God to these strange little characters. Or maybe I become fate? I also like to entertain, I love thinking that people are reading my stories and smiling, laughing, crying...invoking emotion is one thing I aim for as an author. I am in love with words, words are a form of painting without colour, they are transient, and invoke different interpretations for each individual. Words are Beauty.

My Story 'Harry Potter and The Equitum Solis Surgentes' has been put on the back burner as I have reached a point where I am extremely unhappy with its progress, also Malfoy/Potter is hard work to write, lol. I cannot say for certain when this story will be continued, fans of this one have my deepest apologies.

I have two more profiles: rosa suscipit (On this very site) and Kimmimaru on Adult Fanfiction . Net.

I must give warning: I am dyslexic and although I do try my hardest to get around this I do make mistakes and would appreciate it if, unless it is a major mistake, you forgive me. Also, the majority of my writing is sexually explicit, I may enter into realms that are disturbing and dangerous, I like to explore the darker side of life, so please keep this in mind as you read, for those stories that need it I will give due warning in the Authors Notes at the begining.

Bravery in NO WAY means lack of fear. Lack of fear is for people with no imagination and very short life-spans. Bravery is overcoming fear, not lacking it entirely.

I get all my information on the HP characters from Pottermore, Harry Potter Wiki and things said by JK Rowling herself, which is why I stand by my Sirius Black being as Canon as I can make him (not being Rowling herself is a terrible disadvantage.)

My fave pairings in Harry Potter (my current obsession):

All canon pairings. Yes, that includes Ginny/Harry, Tonks/Remus and Ron/Hermione...why? Well, they're perfect. They're perfect because they were written by the genius that is Rowling. (I know, I don't tend to write about those pairings, except as background ones but hey, doesn't mean I don't love them.

Sirius/Remus - Who doesn't love a bit of Wolfstar?

Sirius/James - I am utterly in love with the idea of their relationship, it's so tragic and the idea of a love-triangle between those two and Lily Evans is, to me, so much fun to write!

Sirius/Lucius - A strange one this. I like it because it is not, and never will be, a romantic pairing. If these two are together it can only mean something awful is going to happen.

Sirius/Harry - I love the idea of Sirius being so utterly in love with James that he transfers that devoted obsession onto Harry himself. Admittedly I DO prefer fics where Harry and Sirius are the same age for one reason or another but I can write and read ones where Sirius keeps confusing Harry for James (post-azkaban) and nothing physical between them happens.

Harry/Charlie - Now, of this pairing there is only one that I have read that has ever been any good (sorry). I am still reading it now on Adultfanfiction and it is brilliant!

Pairings I hate:

Harry/Hermione - I'm sorry but I have never, nor will I ever, read a story with this pairing. To me their friendship is what makes them beautiful, their relationship can only be platonic.

Harry/Snape - Seriously, WHY?! Snape is an excellent character but I just can't see him being all romantic and lovey dovey...it's actually quite disgusting. (The only one's I have read have had Snape calling Harry 'sweetheart' and it actually makes me want to throw up. Snape is an arsehole, and as much as I love his character he should NEVER EVER utter the words 'love' or 'Dear' ugh...)

Snape/Lily - Sorry but unless it's a story about Snape's love for Lily and totally one-sided (as it was in canon) I won't read it. Their relationship is way too toxic for both of them and the romance of it is the tragedy of Snape's love for Lily.

There's quite a few others that I don't understand or don't get, some are just totally bizarre and make no sense to me what so ever (such as Blaise Zabini and Harry Potter...seriously? They barely even SPOKE to each other!) others are just stupid. So, there we are. My fave pairings of Harry Potter.
