This is really an amazing fic. One of the best I've ever read, if not the best. I see that it hasn't been updated in quite some time unfortunately... so I hope that one day you'll find the inspiration to continue!

Found your story after playing the Final Fantasy 7 Remake! It is entertaining and I love the complex relationship between Sephiroth and Cloud here. It's just like their complicated connection in the game. Hope you are doing well and keeping safe! Great job on the story.

I am still dipping my toes into FFVII fanfiction and I can already say that this story is definitely my type of thing. It's so dark and creative. So far I loved going through every detail (I even tried to solve the riddle myself but failed miserably, haha), enjoying the slow pace and the twisted way the story is developing, and feeling each moment of the interactions between Cloud and Sephiroth - who are, by the way, masterfully characterized.

I do really, really hope that you continue this someday. It's so exceptional.

Hey I followed you from archive of our own. I waited on that platform for so long for new updates. I feel like such a stalker seeing someone's comment in your being on here. And you have new chapters! You wouldn't believe how excited that got me haha. Not a stalker, trust me

It has been more than a year, but your world-building has always managed to draw me back to checking up on the story and rereading the most delightful pieces. The sad thing is, that its incomplete sad that one has gotten so involved with the characters' lives and you have gradually built up the anticipation, so one is drawn back to see how it ends, but I don't see the ending in sight. And I can't, or don't want to, imagine the ending, I don't believe I would come close to anything you have planned. You have made it clear the story is personal to you, so it needs to develop at its own pace. Until then I will peek in every once in a while. You have my best wishes :)

Really love this. I am so glad I found the art for this on Tumblr and checked out the story. I’m curious is Cloud going to get himself out of this or is Sephiroth. I kinda wouldn’t be supised if Seph but Cloud woman’s clothes after seeing him like this since you so KNOW Seph SAW him and knew it was Cloud watching. I also keep waiting for a text messaged from Seph that says “Naughty Chocobo” because I wouldn’t put it past him. Wondering if Tifa will see the dress and wonder what her reaction will be along with Clouds cover story since that’s so the friends coming to see him since we know it’s not Cloud’s dad showing up after all these years. Also I love how you incorporate stuff from the games and movies and your own spn to the characters as well. Can’t wait to see wha happens next

Well...didn't see that coming. What other secrets are you hiding Sephiroth? Also yay, for the three silver triplets?! How are they going to react to Cloud or Claudia? Cloud I think you've made a terrible mistake, dressing as a woman is probably going to drive Seph mad?! There's going to blood in the next chapter I can tell! Whether it's that idiot at the end of the chapter or Don Corneo getting jealous of Cloud and Sephiroth or not I don't know. Come on Seph you know Cloud's the only one for you so why are you giving that slime ball (Don Corneo) the time of day?

I've been following this story for a bit and I have to say that the way that you portray Genesis is different from a lot of other authors. Usually when I read ffvii fanfic and there is Genesis in the story, the writer has almost (but not all) always written him to be very sexual and promiscuous, not that there is any problems with it. And usually, Sephiroth would be portrayed as stoic, cold, and aloof (which is close to his actual personality). But here, Sephiroth comes off as more of the promiscuous one while Genesis seem a little more reserved. Of course, you've only mentioned Genesis a few times in the story so far so perhaps in the future we as a reader might get to know him a little better.

Cloud is a delight in this story. I laugh at some of the dumb things he gets himself into. He really can't catch a break can he? Hehe

Of course, I have no doubt that Sephiroth is well aware of an audience in the other room. But does he know that it is Cloud though?

I'd say, that was a very brutal torture and a bit... disturbing but I kinda like blood and gore. But Wow, the description is amazing. Keep it up!

Finally, the backstory is crawling out in this chapter, slowly but...I was about to sound like Genesis here
You're raising my expectations with the warnings, honestly. Perhaps its because I am a veteran reader and few things can surprise me or you might actually end up surprising me O_O
There is no sense involved in being drunk, and crossdressing your way into the home of a mob boss crawling with lascivious thugs to boot. Kyle may be cocksure but regardless of his personal backstory, I hope he gets hell for this mess from Cloud, eventually. Or not. Cloud's the overall nice guy isn't he, temper issues aside. Next chapter I can only imagine, bullets fly, gains the attention of the hosts or the situation gets resolved less violently. I suspect the details to any scenario would make that interesting to read.

Don Corneo looks to be heading towards a bleeding end, or will there be a twist...I am sorry if I seem to be doing a lot of guess work, if that's annoying tell me so...

Loved Genesis' part , the figurehead of the group I feel, I would like to get inside his head and know his philosophy, see if it goes beyond the Goddess and Loveless, his disdain for the Don's obvious, kind of what we would feel knowing the facts about the man's dealings. Although I wonder what was so funny for Zack and even Angeal; is it because they are aware that the bride is actually a man, and the Don is heading to his doom or is there more to it? It's just that as the reader we already know what the Don doesn't, so are we supposed to smile with them or wonder if we are going to be surprised as well
