You constantly talk to/yell at/draw/write backstories and alternate backstories for/sing to/threaten "fictional" characters you may or may not have made up.

You constantly start talking in third person, present or past tense. (A LOT)

You start thinking about making lists like this and start giggling for no "apparent" reason.

Your friends stopped looking at you funny when you laugh for no apparent reason a loooooong time ago.
