Author has written 15 stories for Sherlock Holmes, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Harry Potter, Morganville Vampires, How to Train Your Dragon, Phineas and Ferb, Sherlock, and Chronicles of Narnia. Nb. I usually reply to every reiew I get; it's only fair that if you guys take the time to review I should take the time to thank you properly. However due to my recent hiatus I have forgotten who I've replied to and who I haven't. I've tried to get everyone but if I've missed you then I'm really sorry and thank you, truly thank you. 0.0 I take a short leave of absence and everything changes. I don't like it. I know it's the same but sidewyas but I can't get the hang of it, it's seriously messed with my head, I'm weird like that. Okay so hiatus over as of 2nd June 2011 Aim to update once a week from now on. Feel free to shout angrily (via reviews messaging etc) if I don't; I suck at self-motivation. And anything to do with time or memory, so I may have just forgotten or not realised that it's been a week. So yeah, thanks for sticking with me guys. I'm currently on hiatus. My laptop has been playing up for a while (which in part caused the sporodic updates) and has now given up totally. Until I get a new laptop (which will hopefully be soon) I won't be posting anything. Sorry. Hope to see you soon! Five Facts about me: I live in the sunless land of the United Kingdom and most of the time I love it (London is a very beautiful city). I'm awful at spelling so spellcheck is one of my favourite inventions (I suck at grammar too). I have a very very sweet tooth (Skittles are my favourite foods) and I am an incredibaly fussy eater. I love Doctor Who (my favourite Doctor is, and will remain, the tenth Doctor), Pirates of the Carribbean and Sherlock Holmes. My favourite things in the world that I couldn't live without are my Converses, my ipod, my laptop and Sims 3. Yes, I could live without my phone. I'm strange like that. Another thing you should know about me: I don't have enough time. (So sorry if it takes a while to update sometimes. I do try to update once a week but that looks like it's going to very hard in the near future) Favourite Book/s: It changes all the time but currently I'd say The Book Thief (the ending makes me cry EVERY time), The Adventure of the Speckled Band (my first ever Sherlock Holmes story) the Dexter series (yes I do have quite morbid tastes at times), and the Morganville Vampires (although I prefer the first few although this is possibly because I still cannot believe she killed Sam) Favourite Tv Program/s: Doctor Who, Scrubs, the IT Crowd, Outnumbered, Mock the Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Sherlock, Life on Mars (but NOT Ashes to Ashes), All-time Favourite Films: The Lion King, How to Train Your Dragon (I'm a kid at heart) Current Favourite Film/s: Pirates of the Carribbean (1 or 3 - I didn't like 2 as much although of course I still loved it, not sure what to think of 4 - a second viewing is needed) Favourite Food: Skittles and Lasagne Favourite Drink: Orange Juice (Freshly squeezed) Oh yeah and if you are reading this that probably means you care, even just a little, about me and my writing. So thank you for reading this and for your interest! XXX Some Random Quotes that I like: How is it one careless match can start a forest fire, but it takes a whole box to start a campfire? The shinbone is a device for finding furniture in a dark room. I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you. A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing. Did you know that dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish? Evening news is where they begin with 'Good evening', and then proceed to tell you why it isn't. If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong. The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on the list. Oh, and no ship that's not crewed by the damned and captained by a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out could possibly have black sails, therefore couldn't possibly be any other ship than the Black Pearl. Is that what you're telling me? - Pirates of the Caribbean Brethrens, we are gathered here in the bosom of Jesus to say goodbye to this, to this mouse, killed before its time. We have given it cheese and bread for its journey to heaven, or at least if it goes to hell, it’ll have cheese on toast. Next up is the pope- Dust to dust, for richer or for poorer, in sickness or in health, may the force be with you, because you’re worth it, amen and out. Thank you Pope. - Karen, Outnumbered Well that's easy to remember. 0118 999 881 999 119 725! 3! - Moss, The IT Crowd Roy: [singing] We don't need no education. Moss: Yes you do. You've just used a double negative. - The IT Crowd [The Doctor posing as a teacher, introducing himself to class] So, physics! Physics, eh? Physics! Phyyyysics! [repeatedly says the word "Physics" before catching himself] I hope you're getting all this down! - Dr Who (the Tenth Doctor) [After making a heroic entrance to the besieged ballroom at Versailles] Reinette: Oh, this is my lover, the King of France. The Doctor: [dismissive] Yeah? Well I'm the Lord of Tme. - Dr Who Maybelle: So, you two better brace yourselves for a whole lotta ugly comin' at you from a never ending parade of stupid. Penny: Oh, so you met my mum? - Hairspray |
