Have you ever turned on the radio and it be switched to an old country station? You ever hear that song that goes: Convoy! Convoy! Convoy! Guess what? It's based on that song. I'm sure if you read the story you'll figure out why. It's a one-shot fic, but who cares? Not I says the insane writer! (Note for most fanfiction related to songs used, I try to make the songs more of an inspiration than actually part of the piece now. There's the slight occasion when I may use the lyrics for dialogue. If a fanfiction I write now has lyrics similar to this setup, then most likely their made up by me. I no longer abuse songs like this. I even kind of find it shameful now.)

Visiting For Christmas

This is a late story. I wanted it to be out during the holidays. Oh well. Jim tells a story to everyone at the Doppler manor one Christmas evening. They learn of a time when a friend of his drops in. Read but don't kill with criticism! -I think this was my first write of the TP fiction. I kind of had to find out how to get into John Silver's character here. It didn't feel too real after I re-read it.

Wanted Dead or Alive

This came to me while listening to my favorite station. The scene at the beginning belongs to Disney as does Silver and Jim. The song belongs to Bon Jovi. Silver's backstory on his childhood belongs to me as does Vulcan, the bartender, and the others. - Correction on that after a few bits of research and a reader, Vulcan belongs to the makers of Star Trek and Greek mythology. The name at least. I didn't know that Vulcan was owned already in the first place! I don't watch that much Star Trek since I had to track it down by looking at the backs of DVDs in a Wal-Mart shopping center!
