Here I am just reading along and BAM stories over. I was not watching the chapter count and the fact that there was no ‘next’ button was a bit of a shock

I have been reading this story since 2009 and the more I read it the more I wish it was finished. I want to make you an offer, since you were in collage when writing this, it is pretty clear you have already graduated and have gone on with your life with a job and a pet and all those awesome adventures of parenthood, or living solo. I have a year before I attend college myself at Washington St. University, so I was wondering how you would feel turning this story over to me so I can finish it? I'll even make sure to put it under your name so the whole story will be credited to you? I just want to finish the story, and I already have lots of ideas written down in my book journal. I will even email you the finished story so you could post it yourself, or I could post it to my account, but I will be sure to let everyone know it is you who deserves the credit. So, how about it? Could you email me this story, from chapter 1, and I could finish it?

I'm wanting more Jim/Kate fluff! And is Commander Volkar the bad guy? Or was manipulated to be a blackmailed pawn?

Good lord :') I've been reading since I got home , 3.00 British time, and it's now 7.00 :') I haven't been able to stop reading :D also sad to see that the last chapter was posted a few years ago :( sad that the story hasn't been finished but whatever happens, this is an amazing story and your seriously talented! Gawd this is hard I wanna know moreeee and also I love how in character they are with the kiss and things, but you've made jim just too adorable ;) I want a Jim ;( hehe love it! Xoxo

College writer person, I shall kill you. I've spent the last two days reading and loving all 23 chapters you have written. I have fallen in LOVE with these characters, never mind the fact that I already loved Jim, Amelia, and Delbert. I cried when Kate told Jim they couldn't be together. Lit-er-all-y. I love your writing! Can't you write another story for a little 13 year old armature writer? Please?

OH MY GOD HOW DID I MISS THIS UNTIL NOW? Probably because I'm a despicable human being and I have been slacking off completely in all fanfiction aspects, both reading and writing. I apologize for the delayed review, but this chapter was fantastic as always. The whole relationship between Jim and Kate and Silver is written perfectly, and I am jealous of how included all of your characters are. I feel like some of mine (specifically Theodore and August) got pushed to the side and ended up seeming like they didn't really serve a purpose by the end of the story. But anyway, this was great! And I know I'm failing miserably at updating my story and you have every right to hate me for it, BUT the chapter is completely written now; all that's left is to go back through and do some editing. So hopefully it will be posted sometime in the next couple of days - God, I hope it will. XD Amazing story! Keep up the great work!

So there I was, just browsing for a good read and lo and behold! Chapter 23!

Interestingly enough, I did not need to skim through past chapters. You threw in (intentionally or not) enough tidbits of past events for me to have flashbacks of conversations, characters, and details and so delving into the story was pretty easy.

By the way, I like your "author" or "narrator" voice. It's very straightforward but displays the emotion and expressions. Probably the best kind of voice for fast paced action/adventure type themes. Also, I love when composed character's like Kate splutter their drinks XD The occasional mess up keeps characters more believable I think.

Anyways, it's great to read more from this story and I'm glad you've defeated you're writer's block.

YAY an update! Love the chapter! I know how the writers block works and i compeletely understand the whole "knowing how the story is going to go but not knowing how to put into words and detail it" cause i am in the exact same spot. But I have faith that we will both get through it. Keep up the amazing work. I cannot wait to read more!
