Hehe, reading my old fics made me miss my old user name that I wanted to use it again (it's actually twin.charm but somebody already took it after I changed names, so I have to alter it somehow -_- ). Also, reading recent reviews of my years-old fics brings me back to the good old days of conceptualizing and writing them. Nostalgia IS a powerful thing. So thank you to all of you (you know who you are) for these reviews. Keep them coming; it's doing wonders on my productivity. Yes, keep them coming, and you might just see one day (a) fanfic(s) of your favorite show here. =) Among those that I want to do is the next chapter of Opening Pandora's Jar, but I'm not sure if there are still people who want to read it or if people are still into Beyblade... =( If people can guarantee it through PM or some other way, then I'll be glad to... But if they can't (or aren't), I guess it's safe to say I can move on to other past fandoms, so...

Welcome back, Cinderella Monogatari! Having said this, I got to say, for an old anime, the full version of the opening song (Ai Plus Ai) is even catchier than I thought. Now all that's left to find are the other tracks of a potential second OST (iow, those BGM not available on YouTube or anywhere else) and the original/Japanese-dubbed episodes with English subtitles. In the meantime, it's just so hard to stop listening to the available tracks while old ideas for fanfics keep rushing back. The product? Another one-shot, now posted. If time allows, I might do another one for Kaiketsu Zorro and...

Ahem. I'm not that good when it comes to writing. If you must know, English is not my first language. Still, when I see or watch a good anime, or when I feel nostalgic over one that reminds me of the good old days (no matter how average the show may be), I write fanfics about it to remove the different thoughts about the show crowding in my head (and therefore stop distracting me from whatever things I have to do). HOWEVER, whenever I get to the middle of the fic I'm currently writing, another different idea enters my mind and my hands get itchy to start that other fic and I never get to finish the first one... Also, the best ideas always enter my head whenever I'm not supposed to write, but when I have all the free time to do it, I suffer from writer's block (this is SO ironic).

I like weaving my own ideas into a fanfic but I'm fonder of crossing two stories or more. Crossovers are more fun to work on. :)

Due to some reviews and PMs...

If your fics have anything in common, what would that be? Hmm... it would be the ideas behind my fics took shape a loooooooong time ago (like, months) prior to their date of publication (see reason above). Oddly, most of my Yu-Gi-Oh! fics are an exemption to this.

Also, my fics are based on the original (and therefore possibly less-known) version of the series... which is probably the reason I don't get as much reviews as other authors, especially in the Yu-Gi-Oh! fandom.

Speaking of original version, the way characters address each other in my fics usually just mirrors how they really do in the original. This is not just only to preserve the original and remain accurate but also because, specifically in anime, given the suffixes that reflect one's status, people are rank-conscious. Therefore, even a simple drop of -kun, -san, etc. that might be just normal in other countries (also possibly because of no available direct translation when in conjunction with the name) would actually be significant in how one character would treat another. And while the other name references may have a direct translation, consistency is important to me. Hence, all as original. Simply put, rank change has weight in some of my fics.

And as a general observation, if my fanfics do not contain romance or even the slightest trace or implication of it, they receive only few reviews. It's been tried and tested already.

Hmm, I seem to have this bad habit of writing/finishing/posting fics that have already been conceptualized several YEARS ago just now. Real life and missing-in-action muse are the culprits.

Well, better late than never, right? :)

If you wonder why I don't (get to) review much, it's because either I'm busy writing other fics or I'm currently stuck in the real world. But I'll do my best to review.

But to clarify things, first of all, it's the original version of the anime that I used (I believe that's pretty clear in all the chapters.). And second, I've watched it before posting the fic. You can verify the Shell Killer and GO SHOOT! parts by watching the episodes in their original language.

Looking back at my past works, I know how crappy they are but I'll edit them once I have time.
