Oh, THOSE cards! :)

I've never see any fic especially post-Ceremonial Battle ones use these three cards that you used in yours; no wonder they are more significant than the God Cards. I must say, this is very brilliant and an original concept. Adding to this is how each character's message is very personal yet what the cards stand for are integral to them.

The ways the characters coped with Atem's departure were very in-character. I could see them especially Jounouchi and Honda do that in canon.

And lastly, the ending sentence was perfect; it captured the very hope Yuugi and the others would carry for the rest of their lives even without Atem around.

All in all, I love your work to pieces. Well, please continue to write more because I enjoyed this oneshot.
