UPDATE:

12/16/18 - If any who have read "Beyond the Veil" are wondering if I plan on writing the sequel. I do. I can't make any promises on how soon that will be. But I plan to complete it.

Beyond the Veil

This is my first fanfiction. Thanks to everybody who has read this story, and even more thanks for those who have also taken the time to review it or write me a quick message! I really appreciate it when people review. So if you enjoy my story (or don't), don't hesitate to let me know. I'm sure anyone who has written any stories understands what I mean.

This fanfiction is the first of a two-part series I have written as an alternative of sorts for the 6th and 7th installments of J.K. Rowling's series and takes place (obviously) after book 5, The Order of the Phoenix. I love the series, but found myself a bit disappointed with the latter books. If you wish to know why, see the link at the bottom of this page. There are some things I would have liked to be different and thus, I have created this fanfiction, which I hope you will enjoy as much as I have creating it. It diverges from canon, although still has similarities. I wanted the story to be more up to date, so Harry's 6th year will be taking place during the year of 2009. This will be more important for the sequel. So far, I am pleased with my story, and I hope you will be, too. The sequel for this story has been tentatively titled League of Shadows.

I had been asked by davros fan to write a story that takes place after Spider-Man 3. Unfortunately, I will not have the time to finish it. But if anyone is interested in taking over, let davros fan or myself know. The summary is below:

Gwen Stacy is shocked to learn that her father has divorced her mother and has apparently cut off all ties to his family in order to marry a rich baroness in Germany. When she attempts to confront her stepmother, Gwen suddenly falls into a coma and finds herself trapped in a strange world beyond imagination. Meanwhile, Eddie Brock, who has survived his battle with Spider-Man, finds himself pulled into this byzantine dream world; he vows to find the one responsible for harming the only person he's ever really cared about. Together, they must unravel this mystery and ultimately confront this greater evil in order to save her from the nefarious forces seeking to destroy her... before it's too late.

Future stories:

Other stories I plan to write will include Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Artemis Fowl, Star Wars, Breaking Bad, The Big Bang Theory, House M.D., Inglourious Basterds, Thor, and The Great Gatsby among other things. Other possible fandoms I might venture into include His Dark Materials, The City of Ember, The Bartimaeus Trilogy, Dan Brown's (Robert Langdon) series, The Seventh Tower, Person of Interest, Pirates of the Caribbean, Inception, Princess Bride, Knights of the Old Republic, The Force Unleashed, and Mass Effect.

I also love the Lord of the Rings, but have no desire to write about it. I don't feel worthy to tamper with Tolkien's nor Peter Jackson's work. It's a classic, and I could not hope to reach the literary prowess of Tolkien.
