![]() Author has written 2 stories for Twilight. If you want a more recent update, check out my Facebook (Beth Coleman Bradford). Consequently, I invite any of the fans of my stories to add me as a friend. Just let me know in a message you are from and I'll accept the add. I'm a 31 year old mother of three beautiful and intelligent sons: Maxx (7 years old), Oz (2 years old), and Leo (8 months old). I have been happily married for over 13 years. I met my soul mate on the internet when I was 17 years old. We have been together since. I love literature, movies, video games, and music. I am definitely a geek and a geek lover. Maxx is named after a comic book character and Oz is named after the Oz Books/Seth Green's character in BTVS. Leo is named after a lion because he has growled a lot since birth. I write fan fiction and beta read as well. I enjoy mostly Harry Potter (my favorites here, here, and here: warning - slash). I also believe that every story is improved with at least a little lemony goodness. I am a very honest person. I have great grammar and spelling skills. If you need a beta, I'm the fast, honest, and thorough choice. Contact me if you are interested. I've written a bit here, mostly in the Twilight universe. I have grown out of Twilight and doubt I will finish these stories anytime soon. Sorry, guys. I'm just not feeling it anymore. Above all, I'm always looking for new friends that share my interests. Pet Peeves of Fan Fiction (these will make me immediately stop reading a fic): 1. Fics with more than a couple spelling errors per chapter. While I realize that everyone makes a occasional mistake, repeatedly misspelling words makes a fic near impossible to read. Besides the fact that there are free programs out there, such as OpenOffice, that have spell check. Please have some pride in your work and use one. 2. I have no problem with songfics. I do, however, have a problem with a writer posting lyrics at the beginning of a chapter and then only including a small bit of the story after. If you really feel like people need to know the lyrics, tell them to look it up or at least put a substantial bit of story with it. 3. I don't know about anyone else but fics that have romance between characters that are more than 20 years age difference give me the creeping willies. This, of course, does not count when vampires or werewolves are concerned. Only the age when they were changed counts usually. 4. Long paragraphs make my head hurt and make a story hard to follow. 5. Chapters shorter than 1,500k are just a tease. 6. Chapters with super long A/Ns that do not pertain to the story. 7. Biggest Pet Peeve of all: Authors who hold chapters hostage for a certain amount of reviews. I understand, we as writers, need feedback. But you need to ask yourself: are you writing because you enjoy it or just because you want attention? Whether or not you get reviews should never dictate your choice on doing something you love. Ultimately write for you and no one else! Ok, I'm done griping. Whew, I feel better now. Promise to Remember I promise to remember Harry, I promise to remember Ron, I promise to remember Hermione, I promise to remember James and Lily, I promise to remember Dumbledore, I promise to "Solemely Swear That I Am Up To No Good", I promise to remember Moony, I promise to remember Snape, I promise to remember Narcissa, I promise to remember Dora Tonks, I promise to remember Hedwig, I promise to remember Percy, I promise to be careful, I promise to remember Hagrid, I promise to remember Neville, I promise to remember the Marauders, Yes I promise that I will remember Harry Potter. Seventeen Again playlist (contains over 90% of the songs mentioned at the beginning of the chapters) Seventeen Again Pictures: Chapter 21 - Bella's Dress, Alice's Dress, Rosalie's Dress Chapter 22 - Edward's shirt (imagine with a black tie), Edward's hat, Jasper's shirt, Emmett's shirt | |||||||
