![]() Author has written 13 stories for Warriors, Ben 10, and Shugo Chara!. Profile Revamp #8 OHAI! 'Tis Sage, and my avatar is Len Kagamine of Vocaloids. My (false) last name, Quilean, comes from Quillin, the Celtic word for 'holly'. Mainly because Hollyleaf is my favourite Warriors character. I would also like to pimp my deviantart: . Currently Into: Artemis Fowl. MADE OF SHEER AWESOME. Ships I Support... Pairing, Pairing Name: Explaination (Song that fits, artist) The song can either fit in lyrics or, sometimes, just feels right in tone. I'm weird. Click the song title to view lyrics and video. Ben 10/Alien Force: Ben/Gwen, Bwen: For the fanfic potential ONLY. I'm not one of those riots who claim they'll get TOGETHA 4EVA. (All About Us, t.A.t.U.) Ben/Kevin, Bevin: It's there. It's very much there. (Dance Site of Darkness, Len and Rin Kagamine) Ben/Julie, Benlie: After the season 3 episodes of Julie aired, I find myself growing to like her. Nice one. Gwen/Kevin, Gwevin: DAMN! It finally won me over, dammit! DAMN YOU WRITERS AND YER MAD SKILLZ! Avatar: Zuko/Katara, Zutara: This one formed my opinion on ships that came after. (Lips of an Angel, Hinder) Toph/Aang, Taang: Pair the spares, after all... (Miss Independent, Kelly Clarkson) Cartoon X-Overs: Princess Morbucks/Remy Buxaplenty (PowerPuff Girls/Fairly OddParents): Both are brats, both are damn rich and both want to be better than the main characters...and crush them too. (Starstruck, 303) Mandy/Zim (Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy/Invader Zim): Another CN/Nick pairing, ye say? Well, yeah. Mandy would help Zim in his plans to enslave Earth. She would make a wonderfully twisted Queen. (She's A Genius, Jet) Billy/May (Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy/Ed, Edd and Eddy): Got the idea from someone who said Billy needed a girl who was as stupid as he was. May isn't exactly the brightest Kanker sister, either. Say what you might, it's a good pairing to me. Artemis Fowl: Artemis/Holly: Yeah, I know it's kind of... weird. But it's adorable, d'arvit!(You'll Be In My Heart, Phil Collins) Artemis/Juliet: WHAT?! It was sort of canon... or is it just my ability to look at an innocuous sentence and go 'SHIP TEASE! OTP, I SAY! OTP!" Artemis/Minerva: It's like the non-slash version of Dexdark! Not that there's anything wrong with Dexdark. ...I'm not the only one who thinks Arty is a ladies' man, right? Right? Warrior Cats: All pairings, particularly: Barley/Ravenpaw, Lonershipping: Vicky--I think it was Vicky--said that they're practically a married couple. Do the math. Ashfur/Nightcloud, Rejectshipping: When I first came across it, I imagined them as humans, getting drunk in a bar and telling each other about their relationships ("She was such a bitch..." "He doesn't come home at all sometimes...") I loved it. (Dance Floor Anthem, Good Charlotte) Jaypaw/The Stick, Woodenshipping: IT WERE MADE OF WIN. In case you're curious, a full list of these can be found here. Resplendent with pretty icons. Conclusion: I love crack pairings. Canon pairings... It takes time. Sometimes, like Ben/Julie up there, the idea is very nice but it's missing a...a sort of spark. And then the spark comes along, and I accept it gleefully. And then there's Gwen/Kevin, which happened at night: I was thinking, slightly sleepy, with some dream logic and a half-baked plot in my mind... suddenly I went 'Holy shit. I was blind" That said, be prepared. I might launch some crack pairings on fandoms sometime. Just to screw with 'em, ya know. Coming Soon? I Was Love Drunk: (Shugo Chara) A multichapter, or perhaps a one-shot, about Amu getting drunk and finally getting knocked up. No one knows who's the father. It's written in a nursery tale-esque manner, to screw with everything even more. This was written so that the Shugo Chara fandom, those un-crack-tainted souls, could finally taste the sweet-bitter sensation of a crack pairing. Those people are deprived. |
