Why do I write?

I write, first and foremost, for fun. I write for the pleasure as well as the release it gives me. Whatever piece I'm working on, be it a fic or a painting or a video, is like a snapshot of my frame of mind at that time. Like my paintings and drawings are a visual diary, my fanfiction is a diary involving different characters.

As with anything else I do, I take my writing seriously. I won't upload anything less than my best work.

What do I write?

If you like variety, you're in the right place! My inspiration comes from many different fandoms and characters. As such, I typically write crossovers. I enjoy melding different worlds and seeing characters interact with each other, where they would normally never get the chance.

You may notice I write just as many oneshots as I do crossovers. Most of my oneshots, however, are set within a specific fandom's canon. In the case of oneshots, I like to take a specific moment, thought, or question I've had about a thing and use canon to explain that little thing. Very rarely do I write multi-chapter fics for one fandom.

Overall, my stories are interested in the psychology of characters: my work is very character-driven. I enjoy picking apart a character's brain and motivations. Recurring themes in my work are family, friendship, and romance.

Please note that I do not take requests. While I'm flattered, if you come to me with an idea I most likely won't even consider it. I have too much going on in my own life, and I take too long writing my own stuff, to do anything for anyone else. If you have a request for me you better be either my best friend or paying me because I’m not doing it otherwise.

The Leap (A Smallville oneshot)

- Oh my God I started watching this show and now I can't stop! This is just something that popped into my head after watching S2E12.
