Lucifer doesn't understand why Chloe did what she did. Chloe doesn't understand why Lucifer reacts the way he reacts. Two imperfect people realize that they are just that-imperfect, and that's okay. AKA Lucifer and Chloe (mostly Chloe) talk about their feelings, a lot. A kind of fix-it but basically it's the same thing with more feelings.

Chloe and Lucifer have to go undercover as a married couple in a model community to solve the murder of an heiress, and they grow closer in the process. Begins sometime after Lucifer starts to admit his feelings for Chloe, but before she can admit any feelings towards him. Lots of fluff and a fair amount of smut coming up, because I think we all need a break from sadness.

Burning his wings should have finally destroyed Lucifer's remaining ties to his former life, but some of Hell's more powerful denizens have other ideas. (Diverges from canon after "Wingman." Possible spoilers for elements of the entire first season, however.)

Inspired by the scene in Manly Whatnots where Lucifer catches Chloe coming out of the shower, this time he stumbles in on her in during an intimate moment. Begins there and continues with them growing closer. Equal parts fluff and smut.
