I'm an adult and I watch kids shows because I have a couple of little ones. I've been writing creatively since I was a young girl, but now it's a method of maintaining my sanity. I've written stories, screenplays (one produced), poems, plays, comedic sketches and now three fanfics.

I'm influenced by a wide variety of things including current events, historical fiction and non-fiction, politics, new and ancient myths, and romance in any form (novel, movie, music). I try to put a little of everything into my stories and hopefully I'm successful enough to keep people coming back.

I do enjoy getting reviews, although I don't seem to inspire tons of them. Maybe that's why I appreciate each and every one I do get like it's a little bit of gold. :D

I have to admit I've been particularly bothered by the over-the-top hostility within the Avatar fandom. There's an ugliness to some of it that just doesn't go along with the free-spiritedness of the show itself. So I'm looking for other story lines. I won't abandon Avatar -- I still have one story in the works -- but I may branch out.
