Author has written 16 stories for Avatar: Last Airbender, Firefly, House, M.D., X-Men: The Movie, Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter, Wolf's Rain, and Stargate: SG-1. Hello! I am Hare, known as Clecky here because every variation on "hare" that I could think of was already used as a pen name. So I hope the author of the Redwall series (Brian Jacques, is it?) will forgive my borrowing of one of his character's names- Cleckstarr Lepspur Monistle, if I remember correctly, which I suppose is possible but not very likely. Nickname of Clecky, anyway. From the Redwall Encyclopedia (online at: a place it won't let me put in the URL for. The link is at the bottom of Redwall's Wikipedia page. ) "CLECKY" (CLECKSTARR LEPUS MONTISLE). From The Pearls of Lutra. Male mountain hare of the far northern Montisles. His fur was white in winter and brown in summer, and he wore a white tunic. Eating shellfish gave him a rash. He was a good friend and traveling companion of Gerul. He was the first hare at Redwall since Basil. He accompanied Martin the Second and Grath on their voyage to Sampetra, where he lost an ear in battle. He wore a replacement ear of red velvet. I created this account for the primary purposes of reliably collecting my favorite stories in one place, as opposed to little scraps of paper all over the floor of my room, and so that I can leave signed reviews if needed. I'm not an author (at least, not a great one) so I probably won't post (m)any stories, but you (if you're still reading this- are you still reading this?) may check my favorites list anytime. I tend to read everything and anything that stands still long enough, and that fact is reflected in all the fandoms I read. Currently, the list (in no particular order) is: Doctor Who Firefly Avatar: Last Airbender (have any of you noticed that the same initials work for both The Last Airbender and The Legend of Aang?) Those are all of the fandoms I can think of right now. I'll probably update later if/when I think of any more. The first word that springs to my mind after reading the list? Ecclectic! I love that word. I'm glad to beta for any of the fandoms I know anything about, and though I'm not a great judge of characterization, I am a great proofreader- everyone in my class refers to me as a "Grammar Nazi". My spelling skills aren't great, but most word processors will do that for me. Feel free to contact me for any reason. As long as your email address isn't similar to that of a college bot mass-mailer, I'll probably even read and answer your email in a reasonably timely manner. |
