News: Hey guys! Wow, long time since I posted up here. Once agian, I'm announcing a joint project, but this time, I'm putting it up right here on my own profile. In celebration of all the new Kingdom Hearts titles coming out, my inspiration has been acting up a storm, and without a laptop to make videos with (my fan blew - BLORGH) I'm going to be turning to fanfcition to deal with it. With my fangirl analysis mode kicking in, I've already formed several theories about the plot of Reconnect (also known as KH3), and I'm going to be writing my own, AU version of what I believe will be happening in that game. Helping me out will be my wonderful boyfriend, Michael Fri of Black Scepter. Unfortunately, I'm only going to be posting a preview of what is to come; I want to get several chapters written as a buffer to keep this one from going the way of my other multi-chapter stories when other things call my attention away. Hopefully, having a co-author will help that somewhat as well. The preview, a one-shot known as the "Aqua Report," will be going up momentarily. This notice will also be posted on my blog, Black Wings. I'm adding a "Links" section right under this "News" section so that you can find everything me-related as well. See you soon! So deal.): I'll find time for this someday... I hope. Reflections of A Nothing: The HalfLife: You'll be waiting a while. I have many more priorities. Kiira Draknin: Debating killing this. SHe is sort of a Sue, isn't she? sigh I swear, I will someday write a Next Gen fic that doesn't suck! I swear it! Upon my soul! The Wyvern Effect: I'M WORKING ON IT! FINALLY! ...I HOPE! Midnight's Children: I will find time for this... someday. I really want to. It'll be so cool! Final Frontier: Restarting, woohoo! The Shadow: ...Dead-ish. I need some major time to rewrite this so it works, and I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do with it. So it's currently at the bottom of my list./ Info: Miranda/Miri Story: Ghosts of the Past Summary: Miranda is an average girl thrown into the world of Kingdom Hearts. She's excited to go on her first real journey. Themes: Hero, Mariah Carey (Main); real Emotion (International), Jade from Sweetbox (Love) Karen Greene Story: Midnight's Children Summary: Karen is a dark, eccentric girl who is the first to admit she has a rotten temper. She is a new type of Midnighter, truly half-darkling, with most of their abilities and several weaknnesses. Sensitive to most of the materials of the modern time, she has little power during Daylight, while at Midnight, she is a powerful foe. She is the exact opposite of her twin brother Jason - she got her father's looks and power, but mostly her mother's mindset.. She and her brother have a strong bond, and stick together through thick and thin. Jason Greene Story: Midnight's Children Summary: Jason's easygoing nature is sort of an anomaly within the community he hangs out with, but underneath his lazy exterior is a mind sharp enough to cut steel. Jason has a strong protective instinct, and he protects his sister Karen at al costs. His strength come from within, helped by the fact that his Midnighter ability is the hardest to control, especially in daylight - he, like their mother, is a Mindcaster, and a powerful one. He inherited most of her looks, but his sharp mind is all his father's, as is his excitement in history. He firmly believes that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. Kenneth Day-Jones Story: Midnight's Children Summary: Kenneth, or Ken as he likes to be called, is the son of a Daylighter, Beth Day, and her husband. A reasonably friendly guy, Ken is as curious and strong-willed as his mother, a free spirit like most with his power - he's an Acrobat, able to jump long distances and see angles and trajectories in his mind's eye. During daylight, he spends his time eating and studying, while at Midnight, he feels truly free. Only weekends and video games give him release from the oppressive weight of gravity, although with the addition of Steel to the group, he may just have found a new friend. Fanart: Sora Shimomura The main character of Back Scepter's Ghost Rider. Sonic Suai The main character of Black Scepter's Sonic the Hedgehog: Secret Identity. Leo Lionheart Black Scepter's Phoenix Wright OC, from his fanfiction Revenant Lawyer. Plots: Heres where I explain the plot basics of my stories. This is a MUCH better version thean the descrips allow. The One Who Guards The Gate: Cali Andarius isn't your average teenager. You could say she doesn't live in the real world. In fact, she lives in Neopia, a world filled with strange creatures called Neopets who live together with humans from our world. To most people Neopia is just a website, a place to go to have fun. Then they learn about the Gates. The Gates are the portals between our world and theirs. And Cali has come through and sworn never to go back. But now she's been contacted by the Guateguard, and they want her to join. When her first, relatively simple mission goes astray, will she be able to save the world she feels abandoned her? (This is dead.) Today: This is, as it says in the description, a fanpoem. It details, briefly, the journey of Sisslio, the pet of a a friend of mine. If you like it, read his story. It starts with Windstorm in the Neopets Neopian Times. A World of Trouble:Traveling the cosmos is an entity of unknown name or power. She leads an elite group of Travelers, who roam the many worlds in order to help people. The Travelers are joined by the Heroes they aid, a friendship and union that is a powerful front against evil. Now, three groups of these heroes are called to a small world called Neopia, to keep the evils they fight from joining its own. What would you do if a dying alien lands in front of your eyes and tells you there's an invasion coming? Probably run and hide. The Animorphs don't have that choice. They know what would happen if they did. The Yeerks are coming. They will enslave us all if they get the chance. So this band of teeneagers is determined to keep them from getting that chance. When Jake and the others are contacted by a mutual friend asking for help, he gladly signs up. Even with the touble this aquaintance usually brings, it's worth it. Time to return the favor. Jeremy, Ulrich, Yumi, and Odd are four teenagers with a huge secret. A secret that includes their friend Aelita. They know of an entire data-based world being supported by a supercomputer in the basement of an abandoned factory. A world under attack by a corrupt program that would like nothing more than to rule both worlds. When a call forom an old, and trusted, friend asks for help, they decide to go to her aid, for better or worse. Sora, Riku, and Kairi are hailed on many worlds. Both Travelers and Heroes, they have already saved those worlds twice. So when the leader of the Travelers gives them a mission, they know one of them will have to stay behind. Riku volunteers. Before heading off to this world, though, Sora makes a pit stop to pick up some new Travelers who'd saved his life. Unfortunately, one of them won't like working for the person he feels sealed his doom. (This is VERY VERY VERY DEAD. Not even a propeht will make me revive this story. DEADDEADDEADDEADDEAD.) Reenactment: There are legends about the year Lara was born. These legends talk of heroes who came to her world after a storm of darkness flooded it. Heroes that were never seen again. The legends talk about a great light that helped seal off the darkness. A light connected to the heroes. A light that did what they could not. It says the heroes are still in the castle somewhere, awaiting the day they will be freed. Lara is fourteen now. Inspired by the legend and her friend Kuri, who washed up on the shore nine years ago, she and her friends are building a ship that can dive under the strange water in the rising falls, water twisted by gravity so that it can be walked on, and the wall that surrounds it. She longs to go to other worlds. Her wish comes true the night of the storm. Now, armed with a weapon only she can use, she goes in search of the only person who can tell her her destiny -- Sora, the ill-fated hero who came to her world so many years ago. Kevin and the KitKats: Kevin is the leader of a band in his hometown. He is also an orphan with no memory. He likes video games, he roleplays, and he reads, but he doesn't believe that any of it is real. He certainly doesn't believe any of that stuff has to do with him. So when an eccentric friend visited after a concert, he certainly wasn't expecting her to bring along a character from his favorite video game, or to know his real name, a name he has never told anyone, not even his adoptive parents. Now, he has to save someone whose existence he thought was limited to the imagination of some designer, armed only with his wits and the one memory he does have: a voice and eyes like his own, eyes the color of blue ice and the voice of someone he could almost remember. (DEADDEADDEADDEADDEADDEADDEAD.) The Saga Saga: The Legendz are the creatures of legend we all know about: werewolves, mermaids, dragons, and griffins, each of which is part of the greatest game you could ever play. There are tournaments, and those who have the patience to train their Legendz with love will never want for friendship. Ken Kazaki is one such wielder. He moved to America three years ago in order to challenge the champion of the Legendz carnival, the one who inspired him to be the person he is now. But Ken is not all he appears to be. Before he left Japan, he engaged in a monumental battle to save the world from the Necrom, Legendz of darkness that, unlike the Legendz most people know of, actually exist in the real world. He has since lost the power that allowed him to fight them, but will never forget the words he shared with his Windragon and best friend, Shiron. On the day of the anniversary of this battle, a strange new girl shows up at the school, an expert Legendz wielder who manages to defeat Ken at a fight that should have been easy. Ririko Yasuhara will always remember Ken Kazaki, especially today. Three years ago, he left and promised her he would return to Japan. She doesn't have much hope of that happening. She also remembers the day she had to help him save the world, exactly three years ago today. No longer able to call the true power from the water Legendz she prefers, she can still recall the one day she had her power. So today, she gets ready for school, and resigns herself to thinking about him. Little does she know that her life is about to change once again. Kaoruko Goshika is well know in the world of Legendz, and is feared as the Golem Wielder of the North Sea. Her reputation has only grown with her father's newly gained respect in the field of Legendz research, due to a crystal of energy she brought home from the fateful trip that caused her to believe what her father had been saying all along, the existence of Legendz that had a physical presence. She remembers Ken Kazaki, the one who led them and who they gave their power to help save the world. Leo and Mio Engokuin are the twin children of the president of the DWC, the company that created the Legendz game from a discovery many years ago. As such, they live in luxury as only the rich can, but they do remember the events of three years ago, when Leo rescued Mio and they gave their power to defeat Necrom. Leo had been the only one who really knew what was going on back then, but hadn't wanted the power he had been given at birth. Only the red tint to his eyes remains of the power he once had, but will he accept a new task when the old one sat so heavy on his shoulders? The threat of Necrom looms once again. Will they be able to stop it? Reflections of A Nothing: The HalfLife: Xarika is a very special Nobody. While the others only remember emotions, she has them still. Only darkness fills what little heart she has left, but that heart allows her to feel, if only a little. She doesn't care, though. All that these emotions do are estrange her from the others in the Organization. She is now an outcast, a misfit on both sides, and the feelings she still has allow her to feel that pain very clearly. Her only ally in the recently resurrected Organization is Number Eight, Axel, and he is a mystery at best. One night, a relative term in the World That Never Was where night is eternal, Axel comes to her to tell her that, once again, Marluxia may be trying to take the Organization. She prepares her report, knowing that the situation may work for or against her goals. The worlds would never be the same. (Warning. Emofic. This is the remnant of a series that is KILLED DEAD. I might still work on this because unlike the rest of the characters from that series, INCLUDING HER SOMEBODY, I actually like Xarika.) The Kiira Draknin Story: Kayra Rainer is a pretty normal girl. She attends a normal school (PHS), does her homework (most of the time), and has trouble making friends. As a member of the PHS's group of outcasts, she has her problems, but they are normal, average problems. That is, until Kiira Draknin. Kiira is a new student at Kayra's school, and Kayra quickly befriends her. Kiira quickly becomes a member of Kayra's group, adding her own unique look on life to their defense against Normalism. But Kiira is less normal than Kayra thinks. When a second new student, Samen Carlisle, enrolls at PHS, Kiira starts acting strangely, and Kayra begins to realize that her friend has a huge secret. What she doesn't know is that the secret is hers as well. The Wyvern Effect: Meeting Krystal Cobren, you wouldn't realize that she's the future leader of a secret clan of shapeshifters - after all, she's just a normal fifteen year old kid, right? Wrong. Krystal Shardae Cobrina is the heir to a two thousand year old legacy. When her people were nearly destroyed by the expansion of neighboring humans, whose fear of the unknown caused them to hate their neighbors, the peaceful shapeshifters had been forced into hiding, ever keeping their secret from the humans. Now, archaeologists have discovered the ruins of their greatest city, and Krystal and her human friends have to do everything in their power to stop an evil human from exposing the shapeshifters to the public... ...And restarting an ancient war that left a nation in ruins and millions dead. Kingdom Hearts: The Shadow: (Actual first paragraph) A boy stands on the top of a cliff looking out across the horizon. He wears a black cloak with the hood down, and silver hair whispers in the slight breeze. Hanging down across the back of his neck are the ends of a strip of black cloth, tied like a blindfold around his eyes. He carries himself proudly, but there is something sad about him, almost as though he has seen so much death and sadness that it has become a part of him. It radiates from him almost in waves, and any who would look upon him would know that his is a tragic tale. (WARNING. EMOKU. WARNING. EMOKU. Plot devices being rewritten. Wait for this, but don't hold your breath.) Midnight's Children: There is a secret hour when time stops and the human race freezes, and mankind's oldest enemies come out and play. Those humans unfortunate enough to stumble into a place where the barrier is thin are never seen again. Only a few humans can live in Midnight, and for thousands of years they have been protecting us from the horrors it holds. In 1956, they disappeared, and fifty years later the new generation of Midnighters created their own rules of Midnight. Now the trouble that Midnight brings is once again invading the daylight world, and it's up to their kids to find out why, and stop it. Or rather, five kids and one ghost... But I am also the girl who knows and is proud to be who she is, doesn't care if people call her weird, who loves reading and writing and doing the things that no one seems to have the time to do any more, who can express herself better with words, and knows the importance of the little things.
