UPDATES!

The Hogwarts Delacour and Mad Love- currently working on chapter 18 The Hogwarts Delacour after my hiatus.

The Pureblood Society - Lastly, and perhaps sadly, I have decided to delete The Pureblood Society. The main reason for this is that I lost my confidence in that story: I got comments about how similar it was to its inspiration, My Fair Lady and Pygmalion. Whilst I intended to make this story a blend between the worlds of Harry Potter and Pygmalion (using only Harry Potter characters) I felt it was too similar and that I wasn't being as creative with it as I should be and right now I can't think of anyway to make it better. I am sorry to my readers about deleting it but I just didn't want to keep obsessing over a story that didn't feel right to me anymore. The ending would have been a happy one where Draco and Hermione would have got married and brought down "The Pureblood Society". I hope you understand.

Hey there, I'm Fantasticlavendercrystals - the username just came to me in the spur of the moment as I created this account. I happen to love the smell of lavender, and I like crystal jewellery, and I do enjoy the occasional fantastic thing. However, coming across such fantastic things are a rarity for me, haha.

I'm a Draco/Hermione fan in terms of Harry Potter fanfiction.

I am a Jareth/Sarah fan in terms of Labyrinth fanfiction.

I am a Erik/Christine fan in terms of Phantom of the Opera fanfiction.

I am also a Damon/Elena fan in terms of The Vampire Diaries fanfiction, although I stopped watching the show.

And that is pretty much my fanfiction habits in a nutshell.

My favourite book of the moment is the novella 'Carmilla' by Sheridan Le Fanu.

I'm a passionate writer and reader and have been this way ever since I was small. I promise I will try my best to write the best fanfiction I can. I hope you, my readers, love reading my stories just as much as I love writing them. I try my hardest to make my stories enjoyable for their intended audience(s) and admire loyal followers of my works.

Please note that you don't need to know about or understand anything that inspires my fanfiction or anything my fanfiction may be based off of, besides the work the fanfiction is fanfiction (or rather is in the "category") of. Unless of course, I specifically say that you need to understand a certain inspiration at the beginning of that particular fanfiction. I say who inspires my work to give credit where credit is due. I won't use the 'Crossover' category for my work unless I am using the exact same characters from two different fandoms, which I generally don't do. I also use elements from what I consider to be "unusual sources of inspiration" for the Harry Potter fandom, which means that I don't believe many people would go out and look for such combinations in the Crossover sections. My point is that I want my work to be accessible to as many people as that work could possibly be and don't want to limit my works by making them hard to find on this website.
