if you're going to write a turn like this to get us to like Draco, I think it needs to be gradual and not thrust upon us at the end

the flashbacks to Hermione and Draco as children seem to span years- often they seem to be very young, acting like 4 or 5 year olds, and so many memories, but the story says they only had 2 weeks together, along with their families, when they were 10

as much as I criticize, I can't stop reading this. the angst is good

this is so messed up. is it trying to celebrate an abusive relationship? Hermione is very OOC, so weak, letting servants do everything...

a great chapter. we see some of Draco's conscious and evolution

it's confusing to have Hermione just get there and be raped by Draco in the last chapter (albeit not violently), then to start talking about them as husband and wife in the next. putting the marriage as a flashback towards the end of the chapter can work in some stories, but doesn't here. Draco is evil. Hermione is a fool. everything here depends on beauty. I'm not a fan of the 'girl must be a virgin to be good, guy is a slut but that's fine' trope

the grammar is far from smooth, but it has improved greatly as the story progresses and gets darker.
