- "Reduce to howling" (Skyrim, Whiterun, Companions, Vilkas, Farkas, Werewolves, Vampires)

As the child of Farkas and a woman who Vilkas also loved, arrives after her parents death, Vilkas has to offer a new family. But the Goddess of Obfuscation and Secrecy starts her games, and the remains of Volkihar Clan are also scheming in shadows. As the child uncovers secrets and painful truths of the past, Vilkas has to get over his sorrow and remorse to make up for the mistakes he has done. Despite of some sad themes (loosing parents, broken family ties, bitterness) the story strives towards forgiveness and reconnection.

- "Cry for the Big Bad Wolf" (Fables, Fabletown, Bigby the Sheriff)

Finding a half-breed child who is no more fit into the Mundy world and is also looking for her missing mother, Bigby needs to help the child in her quest. As also at her unstable changes that others are starting to be worried of. The story has the mystery of the missing mother, and handles the growing closeness of the child and Bigby, as the Little Wolf learns from the Big Bad Wolf. Deals especially acceptance and abandonment.

- "Turian's best varren" (Mass Effect, Nihlus Kryik, Spectre mission)

As a mission gets complicated by an explosion in a illegal lab, hurt Nihlus makes unexpected bond with a genetically modified varren pup. In a wild planet filled with armed strangers Nihlus tries to complete the mission, as also think what to do with the illegal biological weapon as it keeps following him around. A "man and dog versus wilderness" kinda story.

- "Play Tiger And Deer" (X-men, Sabretooth, Wolverine)

Going to stalk and kill another Logan's woman, Sabretooth gets a surprise as this low leveled, prey feral shows her teeth and kicks his hide for intruding on her territory. A war starts between the two in the remote fishing village, but things change. Both with daddy issues, being isolated and beaten as children, the two ferals start a roller coaster connection of pulling and pushing. Includes romance, violence, child abuse and traumas. Part I of Tiger & Deer.

- "Run with Deer and hunt with Tiger" (X-men, Sabretooth, Wolverine)

Anna has lost everything that gave her moral and rules. Now, she needs to choose what to do: play the role of a victim, or run with Sabretooth, embracing the predator side she has tried to hide from others. And if going with him, will she end up like her mother? Includes romance, violence, child abuse and traumas. Part 2 of Tiger & Deer.

The writer I happily stumbled on while making research about Mass Effect fanfiction stories, is MrFredCDobbs, and especially their ongoing story "One Tough Cloaca". MrFred has a nice humor in their stories and the one mentioned has an interesting setting, exception from the usual so I warmly recommend to go check it and also their other stories out!
