It has been a long, long time, I essentially discontinued my fanfiction work after I broke out of my long Hetalia phase.
I must apologize for so suddenly abandoning so many stories that I know some were eager for me to continue.
I'm sorry.

But hey to be fair, I was a terrible writer back when I started posting my stories, mostly anyways, I probably still am.
I liked my stories, just my style of writing could do with some fixing.
So that's what I might try doing actually, I might start writing fanfiction again.

I wrote my fanfiction based upon a few factors, I wrote stories that I'd want to read and I wrote what I felt I knew and understood, as obvious as this thought is, I think a story should be told through dialogue and subtle descriptions more than anything else, so many fanfiction and indeed ordinary books get bogged down in abominable amounts of description, which might well work for a world setting like the Harry Potter series or Lord of the Rings, but those books kept a readers interest because the worlds being described inspired wonder and truly captivated a reader.
Whereas a more ordinary, real-life setting doesn't need such vivid description, character relations however; in my eyes, should be described almost entirely through dialogue between characters, in line with the idea of showing not telling, let a character's personality be discovered by the reader naturally as one would come to understand the personality of someone they just met; by letting them talk.

This is my somewhat new writing style.

I have no long term plans to keep returning to this site, but expect me to be around more often then I have been. :)
