I’m really not that interesting, but I’ll give you guys a briefing. At one point I was very deep into my writing, but because I don’t as much anymore it’s hindered the quality that I used to write with. I’m a procrastinator. I’m a perfectionist. I’m a romance shipper, but a picky one. I select stories by my favourite pairing, quality, and IC-ness the author uses. Keeping characters IC is very important to me in stories, because if you’re not staying true to the character’s personality, what’s left of them to use? You’re basically creating someone new but with the same name and look. Other pet peeves of mine that occur often are:

a) Including ‘My summary sucks’ or ‘Read inside for summary’ in summaries. That does NOTHING to capture the attention of your readers, and really, how can we trust you’d put a substantial amount of effort into your story if there's no effort putinto the one thing that'll get us to read it?
b) Interrupting your own story with an off-hand assertion about how we should disregard a certain aspect of the story, or that you’ve changed something, or anything else that really, should’ve been kept with the rest of the author’s notes where it won’t disrupt the authenticity of the piece.
c) Loud, obnoxious statements with LARGE CAPITALIZATION AND A PLETHORA OF EXCLAMATION MARKS!111oneshiftone11!1!eleven
d) Petty, begging review whores who keep future chapters as hostage in exchange for a higher digit. Write for yourself, not for praise.

I’m not too proud with the compilation of stories I have on this site, mainly because I usually came up with a chapter of something I thought I’d do really well with but in the end, lost interest in. None of them really demonstrate my style of writing anymore, but hopefully if all goes well, I’ll have accomplished three chapters of my revised HP story. And maybe a ShikaIno one-shot because it’s long overdue.

Rant:

Here ye, here ye! I've just gotten struck with the writing flu, and am proud to announce I've written the first pages for chapter 1, 2, and 4, and have written the most of chapter 3 (well over 12 pages, by the way) for my new Twilight story in the span of two days. Dear God, Stephenie Meyer's stories are SO addictive. In addition, I'll try to grasp onto this flu with all my might and try out scenes for the revised Harry Potter story I have in mind. However, I won't let this particular disease get in the way of my studying since exams are coming up shortly, but I'll hope to post up the first chapter of the Twilight fanfiction in a few months, making it my first post in a year! Yay! 2007 is starting out grand. 8D I'm hoping to also come out with a new L. J. Smith fic, completely AU with a whole new set of characters (really, since when have I ever preffered canon?) and a different reality from the books. My more serious, original project has had yet to strike so much luck, but it's still in the steps of being conceptualized and I will post here for more notices.

-Unforgiven : As much as I loved writing this up at first, my taste in the pairing have changed and don't go along with what I wrote up so far. Instead, this will be replaced with a new story I'm already in the process of. They both have similarities but the latter is definitely going to be better.
-Sister Matchmakers : I really enjoyed writing up the first chapter of this fic, but somehow along the way I just really didn't care much for GW or SM anymore, that and my style of writing changed dramatically, so there'd be a huge difference if I ever updated with a new chapter. If I ever get back to this phase though, I most probably will write a newer version.
-Various Reasons Why I Hate My Brother (currently being revised): The story of my life XD. Abby was such a fun character to write up, but again, my style of writing has changed and Harry Potter isn't really one of my top ten fics to look at anymore. The books remain classic for me, but I'm just not that crazy for it anymore o.0
-Young Love, and All That Jazz : A story about the young Delinquent Rogues going off to Alexis' summer rental house and meeting the young Majestics, and other child teams. Everyone is about seven years old in this story, and I really love it for its cuteness. Again though, lost interest in Beyblade.
