"Epiphany" is a poem I wrote over a year ago when I was insanely upset, and somewhere in the middle of it I realized that it sounded very much like Fai, so I kept that in mind while I finished it. And then I decided that I wanted an optimistic ending, so I brought in Kurogane! 8D As of right now, this is the only poem I've ever completed since elementary school and the first story I've uploaded that wasn't PH (even though it's been on my LJ for a while).

The idea for "Static" has been floating around in my brain for months, but suddenly I was assailed with specifics of the fic and I just couldn't forget about it until I got it written out. A lot of inspiration came after reading chapter 7, that adorable thing. Though, I'm not completely sure how that chapter inspired this anymore... Anyway, there's quite a but of speculations in this fic, I even paralleled a scene from the manga (though it was reversed). I hope you noticed all that, look out for it! ;)

"How I Fell" is another multichapter, except that this one is on my own. I can't really talk about this one very much, because I don't want to spoil it. And the spoiler part was my whole reason for writing it. I just had to put a story around it. Anyway, chapter 2 will come out as soon as I can work on it. But I'm going to work on True Savior first. I don't know which will be finished first though. It seems like chapter 4 of True Savior will relatively short compared to the last one (3500 words!!) so... Oh, and Gil's job? At the P.I.A? Yeah, I didn't make that up...

"True Savior" is my collab with Smart Angel! It's still a working progress so we don't want to hand out too much information, but we do hope you read and enjoy it! Chapter 4 will be out as soon as we finish it, but we are working on it.
The point of the story is to see how things would be if Gil had succeeded in retrieving Oz from the Abyss instead of Alice. When Oz arrived in chapter 4, Break told Gil to "cancel the preparations" meaning that they were about to go get him anyway. They were so close, but they couldn't do it in time. So in our story, they did. However, without Alice to protect him, Oz suffered many things in the Abyss. Such a horrific experience is bound to take its toll...

"Ice-Skating: You're Doing it Wrong" is hand's down the silliest title I've had yet. But it sums up Oz's problem very well XD It's another one from the Kink Meme (those people have some great ideas) and even though I really like how it turned out, I think I could have made Gil more "seme", since that was what OP asked for. Either way, I thought it was cute and I had a blast writing it (I also drank a truckload of hot-chocolate). So I hope you have a blast reading it too! Thanks to MirrorDede for beta'ing :D Also, turkey legs really do warm you up when it's cold, as long as the leg is warm.

I think "What Brothers Are For" just might be my favorite out of all the fics I've written so far. I really love the brotherly relationship between Gil and Elliot. Almost as much as I love the friendship between Oz and Elliot. You know what? I just love Elliot. He's such a great character with amazing character (if that doesn't confuse anyone...) I really tried to provide greater insight into his personality and how this incident has shaped him, and what better a way to do it than through the eyes of his beloved brother? :D Anyway, I really admire Elliot for everything he is and everything he's been through, and I thought it deserved a fic. Plus I put a lot of thought into setting it up, and all my fics that were really throughly thought out are always close to my heart :3
But it wouldn't have worked in the slightest without MirrorDede. So thank you, love! :D

"Over Protective" was Smart Angel's idea. We were talking about...something, and she mentioned that I should write a fic about Gil being all well, over protective, because it's so cute when he does it. But then I started thinking, wouldn't that start to piss Oz off after a while? I thought so. And thus, "Over Protective" was born. And it fit so perfectly with "Over Possessive" that I made them sisters (I had that in mind before writing). I wanted to have random instances of Gil being that word I've already repeated too many times, but in the end I decided that using the manga would be more meaningful. That, and I couldn't come up with anything better. So I used the omake that comes after Chapter 8 (Gil trying to quit smoking), and scenes from Chapter 36 (Elliot showing up in Sabrie), Chapter 41 (Oz and Gil being reunited after Gil ran off to kill Zai) and Chpater 18 (Oz pulling the crap out of Gil's cravat in Cheshire's dimension). I hope it did make the fic more meaningful(:

I'm so proud of myself for actually finishing that one fic I talk about all the time. It turned into "Answer the Call". Which was my whole reason for writing it (hinted in the title). I got this idea for it months ago, long before I ever wrote fanfiction: it was Break "answering" when he was "called" for... In the most unorthodox of ways ;)

"Unbirthday" is a birthday fic for yami's guardian. And I didn't even notice that the birthday fic was titled "Unbirthday" until after I uploaded it XDD I knew that I wanted to do something incredibly sweet on Gilbert's part, and I also wanted the fic to span a full day. But I couldn't come up with anything for them to do before Gil's fluffiness at the end. It took a while, but I eventually decided that it would be interesting and fun for them do to literally nothing instead!

Oh Kink Meme, how I love thee. "Image Consultant" is another fill for that lovely place. I mean, come on now, all dressed up? How freaking cute is that? I had to write it. But I'm not sure I like their little "scene"...It just doesn't seem to fit. :/ I do love the rest of it though :D Do you guys remember in Retrace XLIX at Oz's second coming of age ceremony when he tried to slick his hair down but that one hair kept popping back up? And in almost every panel you'd just see a random "Boing!" and then Oz pushing his hair back down? XDDD Yeah...that's what I took that from. Lol. Different event though.

I'm so glad that I was able to manage "It'll Only Take a Minute". Making Gil so sexually frustrated really took a lot out of me. So no more smex for a while. Feed yourselves on what I've already written. Or go check the kink meme. That's where I found this prompt anyway. But I did greatly enjoy writing it. Lol, Gil is blushing as we speak. I can picture it:
Gil- Omigawd! Oz...O-Oz...I-I-I'm s-so sorry! Was I...was I too rough?
Oz- No no, Gil. Rough is good *smirk*

"The Meaning of Light" is like the culmination of all my mini-angst episodes in the previous fics. You have no idea how much it hurt me to get it all down *sniff* I really love this story. Sad as it is, I think it's one of my best. It basically came about when I was trying to listen to the song "Broken" by Lifehouse. The YT video had the audio removed, so I found myself just reading silent lyrics off the screen (it was a "lyrics" video). And without the music to distract me, I suddenly thought, "Woah... OzGil..." and then I wrote it! ;)

Inspiration for "Over Possessive" came partly from Omake 2. When Vincent was fangirling over Gil being "tied up and bound" (not really my fetish but 'you and me both' Vincent!). I wondered how Oz would feel about Vincent laying claim to his servant. "Gil's mine, so don't touch him after nightfall." Hmm, and what happens after nightfall, Vincent? I don't really think Oz would like that XD

"Quitters Always Win" obviously stemmed from Omake 6. "I thought you might need something in your mouth" Oh really, Oz? I think he needs something else in his mouth! :D I love that scene, it's so cute! But my main reason for writing smut specifically was to get some under my belt. To have a little experience, because experience is important, you know? So, I got myself some experience and wrote my first "rated M" fic... and my face looked like this the entire time: O////O

You know, I was so tired of "Love You!" when I finished it, I had been writing it too long. But now that we've had some distance, I went back and re-read it, and it's the love of my life(: This one was actually the first fic I ever completed. Also after reading it I realized that I had totally underestimated Yura. At the time he was just comedic relief for me. But after reading the more recent chapters I have decided that that man needs to die. Like. Now.
