Where to start? Been writing fic for years now--began with classic Trek, lying in front of the tv and scribbling in a notebook with my penny pencil, haha. I wrote a lot more for the CBS series Beauty and the Beast; all stories that were never published and never will be, here's hoping. Also wrote tons of fic for Highlander and Queen of Swords. It took a fic list contest at the QOSFF site to get me started on House, however. Funny how life works that way.

I love watching House MD, mainly because Hugh Laurie makes Gregory House one of the most complex and compelling characters on television. There's a substantial dose of narcissism involved as well: Greg and I are of an age (in my current fic he's two weeks younger), we have certain things in common (flyboy dad, gimpy leg, soul-deep love of music, familiarity with the Ann Arbor campus of U of M), but House is a genius and I'm just a bug on the windshield of life. And he's a fictional character, to boot. I'm semi-real, most of the time anyway.

Other interests include music, reading, gardening, walking, cooking right for my type (), cross-stitch, storm chasing and crab fishing shows, and spoiling my little black cat Morrighan.
