I believe in endings that fit. Not necessarily the ones that make people feel warm and fuzzy inside.

I started writing early on--and it just started with normal fiction--but then I decided to combine what I know about writing normal fiction with the worlds within the games I know and love: Final Fantasy.

Why? Because the stories in the games are amazing, yes. But possibly incomplete--and that's what we're here for. Most of my stories (written and unwritten) circle around OC's, I guess. I have yet to write something that is not OC, and I think that really comes from my prior affinity for writing normal fiction. But I hope you'll accept my characters anyway. I try to give them spunk.

Anyway.

Gambling with a Turk (Final Fantasy VII) in progress - RenoOC. Jalen Zhu never turns down a dare, so when she was dared to become a SOLDIER 1st class, naturally, she took up the challenge. But she didn't know what she was getting herself into. Years later as Reno returns home from a tough day at work, he finds her, unmoving in an alleyway, eyes glowing blue.

-I like the rough writing style that I work with in this story. I enjoy playing around with present tense and pushing the limits of the characters' relationships to their very limits. I've kind of a morbid fascination with how far Jalen can go before she breaks, and I've every intention of taking her--as well as Reno--to that bit, even if it means revealing the horrors of Nibelhiem and the truth of SOLDIER.

The Lutrisius Project (Final Fantasy VIII) in progress - ZellOC. Lina doesn't remember who she is or where she's from, and coming to Garden to search for answers, the last thing she expected to find was love. Besides, he was the most annoying person she's ever had the displeasure of meeting. But during a time where sorceresses reigned supreme, fate threatened to tear them apart.

-A plot that's been in the works for over four years now. This story is very special to me personally. Please check it out, leave some constructive criticism, let me know! What's shown above is a pretty bad description--the plot is HUGE. It starts off as a love story (or so you think) then builds up to the greater story. This story is completely unlike Gambling with a Turk. A whole different experiment.
