So hi, this is me I guess; well one of me anyway, split personalities or over achiving alter-egos and all that. To simplify matters I shall hense forth respond to Major Strife, or Oi You! but that only when push comes to shove, (the Management would like it known that hence forth it would be appreciated if all incidents of shoving were kept to a minimum).

I'm a short, well rounded (snuggly I like to think), ok, I'll accept Fat but like I care; which I'd like to clarify I don't, care that is, scatter-brained naturally pasty with a hint of Goth, (Black is the only colour), with short-term memory glitches and a raging insomnia problem, (life gets very interesting at times - I would say more on the matter but I'd be hard pressed to actually remember anything ).
Middle-age is starting to loom somewhere on the horizon but I've chosen to give that a miss altogether and am currently on my 3rd childhood, I liked the first two so much I went back for more.
I've been writing on and off for the last 20 or so years but I've only been seriously writing for the last eight, when I discovered fandom, in particular The Worlds of Anne McCaffrey (see very important legal thingies here - http:///fan-fiction-rules.html just so I don't get into trouble - all references to the works of Anne McCaffrey are soley owned and trademarked to Ms McCaffrey herself).

I revel in my insanity, I'm proud of being nuts, estatic to being in possession of very few marbles; in fact I only have two left, a lovely pair in blue and green glass which used to be kept on one of my many bookcases, safely out of harms' way until the offspring managed to get hold of them - well I may have lost the rest but I had hoped to hang on to those two for the forseeable future - ah well, such is life!

Feedback is always welcome however I'm a big girl I can take the bad with the good, although if you think something is bad please give me your reasoning rather than just telling me its dire.

While I do have my own web site I haven't really had time to get a total grip, (well on anything really), on HTML yet and I've not updated my pages for some time. I've had a three year writing hiatus due to the production and rearing of 'the offspring' and am only now starting to find time to actually work on the several dozen plot outlines which I've managed to accumulate via hundreds of 'postit' notes. I find that I became what I dislike, an author who leaves a story half finished... I will be returning to my Voyager story 'Storm Warnings' in due course, having mapped out it almost entirely - it's just a case of finding the time away from the short noisy person who inhabits my life (as aposed to the large noisy one that we like to refer to as 'the Husband'). I also have an RPS fic on my site that is currently suffering the same fate - however this is more a case of writers block on how to bridge the gap to the final chapters. I've recently signed up to LJ, under the same username and shall be mostly using it to work on a multi-fandom crossover centred on Richard (Richie) Ryan from Highlander the series - which is likely to jump all over history and various timelines so probably won't lend itself well to the chapter format for .

Well that's me in a nut-shell, I'm now off to try and explain 'reasonable' to the Pentagon.
