Author has written 31 stories for Heroes, Ironman, Batman Begins/Dark Knight, House, M.D., and Alice, 2009. Okay. So, now that I have actually written some mediocre stories and some people on the Internet are strangely enough interested in them, I thought that I should probably write a little information about myself. You know, just in case anyone might actually give a crap. Umm, just some basic info I guess. I am a twenty-something, aspiring writer/journalist who distracts herself horribly with fanfiction. And yes, I am of the female persuasion like 99.9 of fanfiction writers. I really think some should investigate into why that is. If people have research money to waste on stupid stuff like the menstruation cycles of strippers (no, seriously, there's a study about that sht) than surely there must be some pervy weirdo out there must be willing to put some cash into that. I attend college so, sadly, many of my updates take awhile to get up on the Net just cause I like to pretend that I am actually smart and do my school work. So from the months of September to May I generally don't update as regularly. I am completely obsessed with movies. Really, it is sad. I have probably seen more movies in my short twenty years than most people have seen in their whole lifetime. So, if anyone ever wants to chat about movies don't hesitate to PM me, I can never get enough of talking about films. My favorite movies are: Fight Club (You hit me in the ear!): Such an awesome movie and an even awesomer book. I could seriously devote a whole day to quoting that movie. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang: Ooo, this movie plays to the pulp fiction lover in me (the type of magazines published in the 30's and 40's, not the movie). I mean seriously this movie was just so awesome, if you haven't seen it go rent it...NOW! The Dark Knight: Okay. How badass was that movie? Obviously, I loved it. Proudly have seen it seven times. Se7en: Just. Plain. Fcked-Up. Just gotta ask, who kicked David Fincher in the balls when he was a kid? Shaun of the Dead: Super funny plus extravagant amounts of violence, can you say heaven? Evil Dead: I'll let you just know, I love zombie B-movies in general. Dr. Strangelove or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (You can't fight in here, this is the War Room!): With a name like that how can you not love this movie? It Happened One Night: I don't usually like romantic movies but this one is just too sweet. I love old films, they are so simple but in a good way. Inherit the Wind: "It is the duty of a newspaper to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable." I love this quote and it perfectly sums up why I want to pursue journalism. Go see this movie, great acting, great themes. And, any Mel Brooks movie. Who doesn't want to watch a movie with a giant joint, a singing and dancing Hitler, and Frankenstein singing "Putting on the Ritz"? I never stop laughing at these movies. So that's about it for me. If anyone ever wants to chat feel free to PM me, I really enjoy meeting new people. |
