Everything contained within the 'Your Love is All I need, and It Holds Me Together' series is its own narrative, independent and mutually-exclusive of anything else I've written.

To provide some context and a chronological order of sorts, each work in the series occurs on the following timeline:

Homecoming (Spring, 2033) -- Immediately after Part I. Note that in light of Part II, this is not canon. However, if I blur my eyes I can kind of tell myself that perhaps this could've happened and Ellie finds a resolution as written, though over time as she grows and matures she goes through various stages of her grief and anger.

Demons (Summer, 2033) -- A few months after 'Homecoming'.

Kiss Me (Summer, 2033) -- A few months after 'Demons'.

Speak to Me (Spring, 2034) -- A few months before Joel takes Ellie to the museum for her sixteenth birthday.

Gifts (Summer, 2035) -- A few months before Ellie does some target practice with Tommy, then goes to the music store with Joel to fetch some guitar strings.

Everything I've Wanted to Say (Fall, 2039) -- A few days after Ellie returns to the farm from Santa Barbara.

All other works outside the above list are considered separate and not in the same universe.
