Congratulations, you managed to find a very boring profile! The owner of said profile likes many things, and dislikes just as many things. She, yes she, loves to write and is using fanfiction to gain confidence in herself. She also loves otome games, low fantasy books, third person shooters, and pagan myths. She has many fandoms she'd love to write for; however she only has ideas for the Naruto universe, Sweet Clown Universe, Attack on Titan,Tokyo Ghoul, and Heart no Kuni no Alice. She prefers yanderes over tsunderes, sweets over sours, and black comedy over horror.

My Review Promise:

No matter what I read, I promise to leave a review. It will be a review that will either give the author encouragement, or it will be a review that gives constructive criticism. I will never make a pointless review with no substance, I know that annoys me, so I won't do it to someone else. I promise I won't lurk on a story and never review, once again this annoys me so I won't do it to someone else.

My Writing Ethic:

I will do my best to proofread my work, however since I'm human, it will never be perfect. I will never abandon a story outright if I'm more than five chapters in, that would be a waste of time and a cheat to my readers. And most of all I won't be squeamish about adding sex scenes, blood, violence, or gore. Where's the fun without all that?

Q: So why write fanfiction?

A: It's mostly to help me gain confidence in my writing, and to get some valuable feedback about my writing style. Going to my family and friends is all fine and dandy, but I know they would never want to intentionally hurt my feelings or discourage me, so I never know if they're giving me the best advice. So strangers from strange lands are the next best option, people who probably don't care if my feelings are hurt or not.

Q: What is your favorite genre to write in?

A: Oh, that's easy! I love writing mystery/thriller/action with just a hint of romance and fantasy elements. Fantasy has been my favorite genre since I was a child, listening to my Dad tell me the old Norse myths. I especially love anything having to do with strange creatures, but at the same time I love Steampunk. The Victorian period was a very interesting time.

Q: Has there been any writers that have inspired you?

A: No, not really. I glean from a ton of different sources, like otome games, sci-fi books, fantasy books, and video games. The ideas and bits I like best are stored in my mental library to be played with until I want to write them down.

Q: Have there been any fanfic writers that have inspired you?

A: Once again, no. I really don't take inspiration from writers of any sort.

Q: What's your favorite character archetype?

A: Yanderes. Possesive characters have a very interesting psyche, I also find their genuine love and devotion alluring. Not only that, but most times they happen to have the best backstories and are probably the most interesting characters. Unfortunately there's a real lack of male yanderes, something I hope to rectify, at least in the fanfiction world.

Q: Least favorite character archetype?

A: 'Emotionless' characters. They aren't emotionless, they just managed to bury the emotions down deep. Those emotions will only ever come out when the love interest is in danger, so I find it bogus and annoying. I also dislike tsunderes, but not nearly as much as 'emotionless' characters.

Q: Final question: Is there a particular setting you prefer to write in?

A: Sprawling cities. It's probably why I'm having so much fun writing my Tokyo Ghoul fics. There's so many secrets that can be hidden in a city so, for me, they're the best settings to write in.

My 10 Fanfiction Pet Peeves in any Order:

1. Terrible Grammar: I know grammar is a hard subject to learn, but I hate reading a story where people don't even bother to capitalize their sentences. It has nothing to do with me being a 'grammar nazi', but because I believe everything that you do should be done to the best of your ability. If you can't take the time to do a basic grammar and spell check, then you're selling yourself and your audience short.

2. Mary Sues/Gary Stus: Ocs that are perfect, have all the hot characters running after them, and have all the cool abilities annoy me. An Oc should be built like a real person with faults and flaws. Having excuses like "they're snarky to everyone" isn't even treated like a real flaw anymore. As my brother can attest, not everyone appreciates wit.

3. Characters with Terrible Pasts: One of my characters does have this type of past, but if you have something like that then do some research please. Understand that rape, abuse, and bullying will always affect a character's mind set. Just because your love interest holds them while they cry, doesn't mean that the character will walk away with a new sense of self. It takes years to recover! Also, why can't any Ocs have a happy and normal life before the plot happens? Is it an unwritten rule somewhere?

4: Over Describing Clothes: It doesn't matter if it's an Oc or a cannon character. I hate it when every itty-bitty aspect of a character's outfit has to be described. I honestly don't care if your character is wearing a mint green dress with pink pumps, how is that even relevant? Unless your character is a tomboy wearing a dress for the first time, or it's a mecha uniform, I don't want to know.

5: Over Describing a Character's Looks: Knowing what a character looks like is important, but I don't like it when their face is described in the first ten seconds of meeting them. This is double if the character is a love interest, because then you've got to describe them in poetic terms. It's really annoying and I don't understand why this is done. Why can't you describe the character's hair when they're running a hand through it, or their eye color when they're putting on their glasses?

6: Terrible Dialogue: Dialogue that sounds stilted annoys me. And if you're not sure what that means think a terribly written and over acted play.

7: Harems: Let me explain please! I actually love reverse harems/harems if they're done in a comedic sense, because then I can understand why some decisions are made. But when a huge harem is created in a serious sense, usually for female Ocs, then I loose interest. This is more because I've never read a good one here on fanfiction, not because I have anything against this genre.

8: Phony Romances: The characters argue. They save each other. They kiss. They have sex. They're in love! I hate this so much, probably with actual hate and not mild annoyance.

9: Lightening Fast Romance: In the first chapter the two characters meet, and then in the next they're proclaiming their love for each other. I could understand if only one character liked the other, but understood that it was some type of crush/lust, but nope! The characters think they're in honest to true love. In a story context, especially one where the characters and the romance are all you're giving us, there has to be more to it.

10: Easy Romance Between Messed Up Characters: I LOVE messed up characters. Juuzou Suzuya has to be my favorite male character of all time. However, if you're writing a romance between a sane character and a mentally insane one, then the romance isn't going to be easy. Half the time these types of characters were abused, have no idea what love is, or can't actually express it. Even if your character reaches out and decides to stake their well being to love the insane character, the chances of a quick/easy romance are next to nil.

Summary: Shinohara and Juuzou are assigned to a case involving a cult full of humans that worship ghouls as 'angels'. Within the cult is the disillusioned daughter that's more than happy to sell them out for a price. Matters become worse when a binge eating ghouls breaks loose, and human cannibalism becomes common place. Tokyo is beginning to burst at the seams, and time is running out.

Summary: That's what they called poachers, people who illegally eliminated ghouls. Ichino didn't care who her clients were or the marks she had to kill, just as long as she got payed. But things go south when her latest case pushes her into the CCG's way, as well as an insane ghoul that wasn't even proper mark.

Summary: Foreigners sampled the Roleholder's clocks. They took a gentle lick of each one to try the varying sweets until they managed to find a favorite. Once they found 'the one' they continued to eat away at the sweet until there was nothing left, and they cried themselves awake. Beatrice was already spoken for, so she didn't crave 'sugar'. Yet out of sight meant out of mind...
