I love the story so far. The concept is amazing, I've always loved Zuko with a waterbender. I will say though just as a fellow creator you might want to keep in mind how long it takes to heal burns. For instance, when Zuko burned Toph's feet. Katara couldn't fix it in one go. I can see how if it wasn't a bad burn though, Asuni could fix it on her own in one go.

I look forward to reading more.

I'm really enjoying this, and just wanted to point out a minor inconsistency. Asuni states that every identifying feature about her is hidden in her get-up, yet Zuko calls her a mysterious girl in his head. This creates an inconsistency. He should probably have referred to her with a gender neutral term, such as figure, or person, or a masculine term, as she can't be identified as female on sight.

Oh my word... this story is AMAZING! I just spent the past two days binge reading it, and I can’t get over how incredible your writing is; Asuni is SO BADASS AND COMPLEX AND I ADORE HER! And her and Zuko absolutely kill me (in the best way possible, I LOVE a good slowburn)
You write the canon characters so well that I forget that I’m reading a fanfic and not watching the actual show lol
(Also, the Asuni x June bromance is everything I never knew I needed)
This is... BY FAR... the best ATLA fanfic that I’ve read. I love how you’ve added a level of maturity to it that the show couldn’t do because well... it’s a nickelodeon show so... but anyway, I really appreciate that aspect of this story, it just makes it that much more enjoyable to read. Ugh I better stop talking now, or I’ll just keep ranting about how much I love this story and your character and your writing!
