When my third grade class started listening to Harry Potter on tape during snack time, I was hooked. It took us nearly all year to finish the first book. I bought my own copy so that I could follow along and hone my reading skills. That was over eighteen years ago and my love of all things Potter is stronger than ever. I've been dabbling in HP fan fiction since Order of the Phoenix was just a book. Most of my early attempts were terrible, unfinished, and were unworthy to be shared with the public.

Then, sometime around 2010, Resistance popped into my mind. It's been rattling around in my head and pounding at the walls of my heart since then, begging to be put into words. It was far from my first story, but it felt the most real, the most clear in my mind. It is the first major work that I ever completed, and I will forever be proud of it and grateful to my readers.

Dramione and Sirimione are my OTPs. It's not that I don't love Ron as a character, I just like the idea of Hermione with someone a bit more complex, who is more of a match for her intellectually.

Next up will most likely be a Dramione war fic that will be fairly dark. I do have a deliciously heartbreaking Sirimione in the works as well, but it isn't ready to be posted yet. Also working on a couple of post-Hogwarts Dramione fics that are very different than Resistance.
