Deus Ex Remnant: Technology evolved, along with it the world in its entirety thanks to the element known as Dust for making it possible to create innovatively and the unimaginable for those in need, along with healing the wounds of war Remnant suffered throughout the decades and rebuild society once more. But despite that peace, chaos still reigns all around, social tension bubbles under the surface as the gap between the rich and the poor widens, corporations gaining more and more power by the day and Faunus Supremacists continue to cause more harm and grow in power and Grimm activity is at it's highest. And behind all this chaos, a chess match is played between those behind the shadow while the world burns.

The idea of DXR was to turn RWBY into Deus Ex. it would have been a slow process considering not that many are familiar with Deus Ex in general, or are more familiar with the prequels more so than the original.

The Devil and The Chicken: One year ago, a foreign student mysteriously appeared on the grounds of the most prestigious school in the country. Thought to be just another troubled student who is trying to keep his head down and move on with his life, little did he know, and for those involved, that the past is not something you can run away from. Even in this chess game where pawns are the winds of change.

Yeah, weirdly enough this was one idea I've had since I first started writing. Don't know why but I always come back to making a DxD story because I read some of them and really liked the setting. I made a crossover with Bleach because of two things, one I know more of Bleach than DxD's actual lore. Two, it's a lot easier to merge the two. I've been planning over it for the past year or so, be it the main character, how the story might go and how it might end. Picking the main character took some time because I had to make sure it is not Ichigo, not because I hate him, but because everyone has done him to death there is nothing more I can do to grow the character or add anything of note, so why not someone different.

So, after careful consideration, it came down to two people: Bazz-B and Grimmjow.

I eventually chose Bazz because he kinda fits being in a high school setting compared to Grimmjow, who does not fit in such a relaxed environment. So I started writing and hoping it comes off nicely, and it kinda did? Harem is my least favorite genre but what the hell, it's never too late to experiment.

Also, the name is a reference to the first volume of Bleach, The Death and the Strawberry.

Again, this is a merged universe, and not every character is the same as in the canon, especially Bazz-B.

Below are my planned arcs, both of these sagas names have a meaning that would be revealed later on:
