1) Candice kind of has a point here, Uquidorra doesn't even human well. Furthermore his introduction had him kill someone, which is probably grounds for the council to either arrest him or if they feel like dicks that day, disband Fairy Tail on the grounds that he murdered someone.

2) Again Bambi, you didn't kill anyone upon arrival, Candi only stole and fucked, Lil hung out with Cockfang a guild that is now setting itself on fire as we speak (art imitates life and all that), Mendias is going on a journey to guide Mary into not joining Zeref's cult and Giselle is in enemy teritory trying to warm her way back into your heart and/or panties. Point is Uquidorra is a liability to Fairy Tail.

3) Natsu, trust me I don't think you'd want that woman's name, you'll be seeing each other soon.

Thoughts: Okay so this one, honestly as I said before I'm surprised no one brought up his murder of that thief/mugger/back alley asshole into account. Rest seems good for the build up, though I am wondering what the arc will bring, hopefully nothing from the Druckmann school of writing a plot.

Holy crap baskets, I can't believe I've been missing out on such a quality fic for so long due to my leeriness of the cross, this is fantastic. The interpersonal interactions, the self reflections, the battles, so damn good! And the length is excellent as well, actually took me a full day to read through the whole thing! I'm dearly looking forward to the current arc, very curious to see what you'll do with it.

A good chapter all in all. Candice is fully fleshed out as a character now (while her being overly protective of her hair continues to be the one constant in any world she's in), and it's always a treat to see Bambietta hanging out among Fairy Tail like at the beginning of the chapter.

Oh God, vampires! And as clear, even a mage can't be too careful around them. Though clearly vampires can't be too careful around Bambietta and Rukia. Also, I'm siding with Bambietta. Pineapple on pizza is a delicacy I tell you!

Speaking of delicacies... Leave it to Erza to make a transaction in cakes. And that scene between her and Liltotto was utterly precious. Seeing Erza get Liltotto to open up and then reveal some of her past in response was unexpected but wonderfully handled. And sorry, Liltotto, when Erza offers her help you will accept it and you will like it.

Gotta love Erza's way of describing violence. She's not Bambietta there, no, but closer to Unohana. Be afraid, vampires. And Mira Jane... oh lord, Mira, what did you do?

Loving the interaction between Bambietta and Liltotto. And oh God, the reference to Lucy from Dracula... And then things got ugly with the mention of Liltotto and the others ditching Bambietta once before. That was hard to read, but in a good way. Even with the hatchet buried, old wounds can bring out the worst things for people to say.

Gotta love that while Erza is scaring Bambietta, she's scaring the vampires senseless as well. I'm sure they'll all enjoy attending her campfire as honorary guests when this is all over.

And leave it to Taurus to have his priorities straight in battle. Like totally. I’m sure Bambietta will approve of him fighting for the honor of Lucy’s chest. Though apparently Virgo isn't much different at heart. It’s all about the skewed priorities. At least now Lucy can bargain with her more with Bambietta around.

All in all, an excellent chapter. The action scenes were on point and the vampires, doing what they do to make victims their thralls, worked perfectly in relation to Liltotto's guilt over what happened to Bambietta due in part to her inaction. The scenes with Bambietta reaching out to her (as well as Erza doing the same) were incredibly tender and sweet and brought it all together. Seeing Bambietta fight tooth and nail not with actions but words to get her friend back was perfect and so totally Bambietta in its execution.

Interesting to see the seeds being sown for what comes later with Irene. Hindsight is 20/20. Though it works well with tying Elizabeth to both of them. Even without knowing it, she's paying Irene's kindness forward to her daughter.

God Serena and Meifon Long may be the most adorably silly couple ever and I love it.

Unohana, Ukitake and Haschwalth, oh my! The game of the gods has certainly changed things up in both the world and the Wizard Saints. Speaking of the chances they have caused... oh yes, Hisui is going to be a force to be reckoned with thanks to Haschwalth.

The discussion between Meifon and Makarov about the traitor within the Wizard Saints is interesting. I mean we the readers of Fairy Tail know who it is and the end result, but from the POV of those in the universe itself trying to figure it out makes for some good paranoia and mystery.

All and all, a good chapter that continues to sow the seeds of what is to come.

Yeah, there would be a pretty big contrast between Ukitake's squad and Fairy Tail. While they might be the memories of the original Rukia, they are just as much Reigai Rukia's own. Still, considering how the original was able to acclimate herself to the World of the Living, I'm sure the Reigai will be fine in the long term. And it's nice to see Bambietta being the one to bring her to the guild to join. Everybody's favorite Quincy has come a long way since she was pointed in the direction of Fairy Tail by Porlyusica.

Though damn, Wakaba. And here I thought Ichigo made a bad first impression with Rukia.

And cue the chaos. And Loke's case of mistaken identities continues! If Rukia fell for... Man, no one is safe. No one!

The scene with Lucy being conflicted about her new relationship status and writing to her mother was sweet. Even if they can't talk for obvious reasons, it makes sense that Lucy wish she could ask her about her current situation. Especially since I'm not sure who she could talk to in Fairy Tail about it. Maybe Levy or Mirajane?

And as far as Bambietta's snoring being able to wake the dead... I don't know, maybe if she snored loud enough it would be enough to literally bring her back to normal back in her home series. Checkmate, Bleach!

Considering she stumbled into it, it's still nice to see Bambietta be mature enough to try and brooch the situation and smooth things over. And clearly the scars of her past continue to haunt her. Nice job, Haschwalth. First you create the situation with the 'kindas,' and then your speeches of legend(ary horror) happen in response.

As for what came later, it's interesting to see Lucy practically take charge in trying to smooth out the relationship and make it work. Though clearly Bambietta is having a heck of a time dressing it up to the nines. Especially with having to ditch her hat to do so.

And now with that night on the town behind them and things sorted out, I'd say Bambietta and Lucy have taken the necessary steps to progress their relationship.

I am so excited that we are nearing closer to the TOH arc. Overall, this chapter serves as a great prelude to it.

One of my favourite moments was when Ulquiorra joined the guild and received his guild mark. The symbolism behind the decision to put his guild mark on the palm of his left hand was just simply beautiful. It's also an excellent motivator to drive Ulquiorra to better understand the heart and to not only become stronger but become a better person as well.

We also finally got to see Meninas appear once again. As always, she really knows how to make an entrance. I am interested to see when she will reappear again and how her reunion with Bambietta will go. Although, I am personally hoping that she will join another guild besides Fairy Tail.

One thing that surprised me was that you decided to include 14 people in the TOH arc. Personally, I think this is a pretty group, and I thought that at most you would include 4-5 more people. On the other hand, if you are bringing in that many people that must mean you have something major planned for the TOH arc that will completely surpass its canon version. If that's the case, I have high expectations for the next chapter. Although one thing I think you should address in the next chapter is the reason for how and why Loke got 14 tickets to the resort. I believe that in the anime, he got the tickets for him and some girlfriends. So it would be funny moment to see some of the girls wonder why he had so many.

As we start the TOH next chapter, I am eager to see how the group interact and enjoy themselves on the beach, especially the quincies and Ulquiorra as this would be their first time on the beach. Keep in mind that Ulquiorra would probably wear something to cover up his hollow hole to avoid drawing attention.

All in all, a job well done! I can't wait for the next chapter and we finally start the TOH arc.

This chapter was pretty poorly written.

Two main reasons

One Really "Magic of Friendship". You come off as if you just intend to use this fanfic to mock the fairy tail series.

Two you don't seem to know how Natsu's abilities work to begin with. He doesnt magically get stronger every time a friend is hurt.

If that happened Natsu would literally never lose a fight,

Natsu wouldnt lose half of his battles.

Awesome chapter.

A single chapter later and Meninas McAllon is more fleshed out and better written than she was in the manga and novels combined. Excellent work! She's such a delightfully sweet character here that it's even more painful to look back at how broken she was at the start. But once she gets her confidence back thanks to a cameo that came right out of a Marvel film, she's awe inspiring in her optimism and strength.

Speaking of that cameo, it was a nice tribute to the late, great Stan Lee. With the theming of this chapter, it was also wholly appropriate.

Also, good job with the flashback about the Quincy girls' reaction to the zombification fiasco. It's a good way of working between the pages of the dreadful source material and rationalizing the situation beyond them all being nothing more than a bunch of damn Starscreams.

Mary's also a delightfully quirky character and makes for a perfect Robin to Meninas' Batman. There are shades of how she was acting during the second to last arc of Fairy Tail, but filtered through her childlike love of comic books. I guess this time she won't be getting anywhere near Avatar. They so much as try and recruit her for a planned sacrifice, they're going to find out that Meninas is nothing but fists when she needs to be.
