![]() Author has written 7 stories for Hunger Games, Fault in Our Stars, If I Stay, and Goddess Test series. Hey, I'm amazinglilli and I'm addicted to fan-fiction. There's just something about it that makes it so good. Maybe it's the dialogue, the characters, the history behind a scene, or adventuring into someone else's subconscious and discovering a world outside our own. No matter who you ask there is always a story (or stories) that has changed their life, and possibly how they thought of the world, from there on. For me it was The Hunger Games trilogy, The Help, Twilight saga, The Fault in our Stars, and If I Stay. When those books ended it was like a piece of my heart broke away, a piece I didn't know existed before I read them. I yearned for just that little bit of information or story to somehow bring back the feeling I had when reading them. What did they feel like when this happened? Why did they end up like they did? What happened that we don't know? This is what in my stories I try to do. My fan fiction is for the people who treasure these stories like I do and never want them to end. I always stay true to the original (unless otherwise specified) and try to stick to the authors style of writing. You can be sure that even though my stories are not directly part of the series they should live up to your expectations. I hope that you find a place in your heart for my stories because that is why I write them in the first place, to spread joy to my fellow fan girls (and boys). Questions commonly asked: (1) Do the facts from your fan fictions match up with those from the Author? I always do my research on writing style, characters, and relationships to make sure that all facts stay true to the series/book. (trust me I know how frustrating it is when people write fan fictions about things that has already been established differently in the book(s)). If something is against the original authors wishes of their book I will state it clearly in bold before beginning. Movies are a different story. I may incorporate some ideas from the movie (if there is one for the book), but only if they match with the basic guidelines of the book. Some things that happen in the movie, but not in the book, may not be in my fan fictions because of personal preference or importance of the lack of the scene to the fan fiction. (2) What do you use for resources when writing? Again, research is crucial when writing on any subject. Where do you come up with all of your names? Is there a special process? For naming my characters, I look at different censuses and websites to pick out a name that suits the character's look, personality, time period, and surroundings. My favorite site is . They have both unique and generic names. In terms of outfits and settings, I have a "Character Clothes" board on Pinterest dedicated to my writing. Whenever I get stuck, I just go to my pre-set collection, there. I hope these helped. Here are some of my works: |
