THAT'S RIGHT. SILVERCARSTAIRS2 HAS RETURNED TO FANFICTION. COWER AT MY PRESENCE--

Sorry. That was egotistical. Especially since a lot of new people have joined fanfiction recently and since I've not been on here since May 2015, you (no longer) newbies will have gotten used to the site without seeing my works on the recently updated feed.

So ALLOW me to introduce myself. My name is SILVERCARSTAIRS2, AH, AU Infernal Devices and occasional Mortal Instruments writer!

"2?" You may ask? (In which case why are you speaking aloud?) "But whyever not SilverCarstairs? Who are they, why aren't you them?"

My dear reader I am both! Surprising, yes. But allow me to explain.

I only upload works of the highest quality onto SilverCarstairs. Entire plot lines have been carefully constructed and the final chapter is often written before I even think of uploading the first!

SilverCarstairs2 is where I have my little bit of fun. Short prompts I have merely thought of that I twist and warp into a 1k one-shot for everyone to read. Although I still ensure my grammar and plot (and of course, signature humor Xx) is of a high standard before I upload: I do think that my approach to this account is quite definitely more of a YOLO.

I'm sorry if you think my writing style sounds stiff and pretentious-- rather the opposite of my personality! But it has been almost 7 months since I have even been on this site, yet alone updated an actual story!

I feel like I don't know how to write anymore. And this is something I'm changing. Hence the reason that I, my darling co-writers and loving readers, HAVE RETURNED.

Kitchen Encounters: Modern day all human AU. A Clary x Jace one-shot with Willaim Herondale being the arrogant and flirtatious man we all know and love. Short, but humorous!

6 Weeks of Summer: No pairing. Takes place just as the bell rings for the start of the summer holidays. Theresa Gray simply hates William Herondale. Imagine her dismay when she happens to run into him and Jem when she gets lost on her way home.

Cloud of Smoke: No pairing. School, modern day all human AU. An OOC Jem, whom Tessa walks in on late at night, causing her to forget everything she thought she knew about the silver eyed boy. Jem, Tessa, and Will.

The Wi-Fi Code: Mentioned pairing. Crack fic. Very short, makes literally no sense, possibly my favourite story I've posted on this account. Everyone's OOC (what do you expect, it's a crack fic?) and contains various lines like "knobbled, kaleidoscopic kettle" simply for the sake of alliteration (again, crack fic). Tessa and Will only with mention of Will's Heronstairs marriage. Perfect for a short read. If you read any of my works, read this one.

Spend 10 Years: INCOMPLETE, all human AU. Jem x Tessa pairing with Wessa banter and horrendous flirting (because who can ever refuse the hilarious commentary Cassie Clare gives those two?) Tessa POV throughout. My longest fic on this account, centers around Tessa, an aspiring novelist, Jem and Will, the shop's barista's, and a mobile phone.

Who Should I Choose?: ARTWORK. Written by IAMNEMESIS. Heavily crack-fic, based off of the stereotypes surrounding TID fanfiction. Will x Jem x Tessa pairing; set in Victorian era.

FUN FACT

: If you want to know which fictions I like the most, I'd say it would have to be Spend 10 Years, The WiFi Code, Cloud of Smoke, Kitchen Encounters and then finally Six Weeks of Summer. So basically the least popular fics are my precious babies and the most popular one's are the one's I actually don't care for as much but... there you have it!
