Author has written 7 stories for Legend of Zelda, Assassin's Creed, and Sword Art Online/ソードアート・オンライン.

Not a whole lot to know about me. I'm a guy, I'm a follower of Christ, I'm a student pursuing a degree in music education (so yeah, writing's just a hobby), and I enjoy writing fiction, making music, and sketching when time permits.

Fandoms for which I write: Legend of Zelda primarily, but I've written for Sword Art Online before as well. Also a bit of Assassin's Creed but only Unity because I'm a sucker for France and Romance and French Romance. So sue me :P

Yes, I changed my name. I was growing really dissatisfied with my old one, so I decided to update it. Sorry for any confusion!

~ Why I like Zelda so much ~

When I was around seven or so years old, my dad bought a Gamecube. I hadn't really played many video games on consoles before, and in fact I think up to that point the only games I'd ever actually played were various PC games my dad had collected over the years. I never actually played them, either; I just watched him. Anyhow, the first game I played for the Gamecube was Smash Bros. Melee. I had never even heard of most of the characters, and I remember being so naïve that I literally called Pikachu "Pokemon" like it was his name. Yikes. He and Mario were literally the only characters I played with for a while, simply because they were the ones I recognized.

The first time I played as Link, I had absolutely no idea who he was or why he was so special. I knew he had a sword and a shield and that he sorta looked like Peter Pan. I don't think I'd ever even heard of The Legend of Zelda. But I've always been into Fantasy-type things, from Lord of the Rings to Narnia to pretty much every Disney Princess movie ever (I liked them 'cause I thought the Princes were cool, not because I liked princesses or something like that). So naturally I gravitated toward Link, only because he had a sword.

Fast forward a few years and the Wii releases. My family got one for Christmas (well, it was supposed to be a Christmas present but my parents didn't do a good enough job of hiding the box so my brothers and I found out about it in June). I had gathered that Link and Zelda and Ganondorf were from the same universe, and that their game was called "The Legend of Zelda" but I knew little about it besides that. That was my third grade year, and me and my buddies would all go over to each other's houses every day to try and play adventure mode on Smash Bros. Brawl. Link was still my favorite character in the game, but I'd still never played a Zelda game. And I wouldn't for a few more years.

(Correction: My dad bought me a copy of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link for my Gameboy when I was ten, but it was so hard and I had no idea how it worked so I died every time I went into the first Temple. The only thing I remember from Zelda: II is "I am Error.")

Then my fifth grade year my dad came home with a used copy of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and he wanted me to watch him play it. Neither one of us had ever played Zelda, so it was fresh for both of us.

I fell in love.

Everything about it, from the characters to the fighting to the monsters to the music (especially the music) was such an experience for me. It was like a vast new world had opened up and I was standing at the gates, taking my first few steps into unfamiliar territory. Certain things about that game scared me, like getting eaten by Deku Likes in the forest temple or the freaky designs of the Skulltula's (okay pretty much the entire Forest Temple scared the crap out of me) but as far as the whole game goes it was amazing.

Well, I actually played Twilight Princess for myself when I was in fifth grade, and didn't finish it until I was in sixth. But it wasn't until my seventh grade year that I really started playing Zelda religiously. My grandmother got me both Wind Waker and Skyward Sword for my thirteenth birthday, and in when I wasn't at school I was usually playing one of the two. I beat both fairly quickly.

From there I was officially hooked. I played Ocarina of Time on the Wii's virtual console, then Majora's Mask shortly afterwards, then A Link to the Past, and then Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass. When my family got a Wii U my freshman year of high school, I bought Wind Waker HD and Hyrule Warriors to tide me over until Breath of the Wild (then just called "Wii U Zelda") came out.

When Breath of the Wild released, I was a junior in high school. I had considered myself a fan before, but it completely redefined the series for me in the best way. I was old enough to grasp all of the story and lore elements but still young enough to enjoy it more than any other game I'd ever played (which is saying a lot since Skyrim is still one of my personal favorites). I lost countless hours to that game, and maybe a few letter grades and points on my ACT as well.

Now, THIRTEEN years after my dad brought home that Gamecube, I'm a sophomore in college. I'm sure some people wish my obsession with Zelda is something I would have moved on from by now. But I feel like Zelda is a part of who I am. And I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that it always will be.

So to make a long story short, I'll always be open to playing a new Zelda, and I'll probably never stop writing about them, either.

Finished Stories

His: A short Post-BotW ZeLink one-shot in which Zelda's personal angst about her father causes her to have doubts about becoming the new ruler of Hyrule.

Current Stories

Unified: An collection of Assassin's Creed: Unity one-shots that explore Arno and Élise's relationship through the years of Arno's residency at the de la Serre estate. Doesn't occur in chronological order, but all exist in the same storyline.

Oceans Apart: A collection of love letters written back and forth between Link and Tetra. Set ten years after the events of Phantom Hourglass.
