Welcome readers and writers! I'm Jetstream Girge, and thank you for taking time to read this profile. Below is a a few things about me and a list of my current, past and planned writing projects. Each project will have a short summary as well as a projected update time.

About Me

I am a Clinical Lab Technician (CLT) that works in Life Sciences who has a passion for creativity. Nearly everything I see is inspiration for a new project or even a small two to three chapter story. Granted I can't get to it all, because plot bunnies spawn quicker than I can raise them, but I do my best with what time I have. I am always on the lookout for new stories and writers that can create something beyond the norm of romantic high school comedy drama. Sometimes something simple, like wishing on a star, is enough to captivate me. Other times it is a complex game of narrative chess that keeps me at the edge of my seat. But I will always find time to review works that intrigue me, regardless of the writer's experience.

When it comes to writing reviews, I always try to balance the good and the bad. If I am reviewing a story, it is because there was something that caught my attention, and I will tell you what that is in my review. But every story, especially my own, can be improved, so I will share my thoughts on that as well. Now, when I receive reviews I appreciate unbridled praise as much as the next guy, but I find critical reviews to be the most valuable. If you see something in my stories that could stand some improvement, please do not hesitate to point it out. However, the two things I will not stand for in my reviews are flames and arguments with other writers or myself. These will be promptly deleted, and I have the patience to deal with repeat offenders, regardless if they are guest reviewers or not.

Beyond the pages and digital ink, if I am not saving the world from the Darkness on Destiny 2 as CipherRaven0578, I am usually journeying through Elrios as one of my many characters on Elsword. But I can also be found playing nearly anything that Nintendo creates, such as Fire Emblem (something I have been playing religiously since FE7 first arrived on American shores in 2003, kind of sad the series is no longer a cult classic in NA) and Pokemon. And if I am not doing any of that, I am beating summoners' faces in with Faria or just burning them to death with Alisaris in the Force of Will TCG.

Elsword

Boundaries - My flagship Elsword fanfiction depicting a dramatic war between the elves and humans. Rena and Raven meet as enemies, but can they become something else and cross the boundaries of race and hatred?

Template - Another AU Elsword fiction where the El Search Party finds themselves in a struggle for survival against a merciless adversary. The first installment of The Network Project.

The King's Court - Gods do not belong down here. Only those with the right to rule have power here. A King will rise, and life will shudder in His shadow. A demonic perspective featuring some of our favorite demons. An Elrios entry.

The Dance Floor - A two-shot featuring my favorite pairing and head canon filled with dance, music and a dash of romance.

Nightfall - Based on the opening panels of Rena's official webtoon, this fiction depicts Rena and Lua's encounter with a creature of elven myth. And how that night changed Rena's life forever. An Elrios entry.

The Nightmare - A one-shot giving insight into Solace's motives for kidnapping the Lady of El in my Elrios Project. An Elrios entry.

The Feeling of Defeat - A phorum contest one-shot. You know, back when they were plentiful. Sometimes, the plot of the tale can be... overwhelming.

More Wine - A phorum contest one-shot winner-winner-chicken-dinner. A night on the town takes a turn for the incredibly awkward. Better get more wine...

An Eternity Worth Living - A runner-up phorum contest entry for Valentine's Day. While we should be concerned about the big picture, remember that it is the little things in life that make it up.

Sieg Oder Tod - A one-shot inspired by a certain orc. "Victory or death..." words that have not been spoken for years. A retelling of the El Search Party's battle against the Fallen Guardian, Helputt. An Elrios entry.

Treasure Them - A Thanksgiving one-shot inspired by the Harmony Festival and game image.

Status - Complete.

A Promise - A two-shot-now-three-shot-now-probably-four-shot that finds Raven struggling to conquer a fear that has festered inside him for years, and is forced to confront it because of a certain elf. An entry in Elrios.

Alstroemeria - A one-shot for a phorum contest and an Elrios entry. The two elves, Rena and Lua, are the best of friends. And what better way to symbolize this friendship than with a flower?

A Bright Bond - A one-shot building on Lua's internal struggle, and how her bond with Rena keeps her hoping for the future. An Elrios entry.

Id Curse - An AU featuring our favorite tactician. Beware when making a deal with a devil.

Planned Stories

El Master Origin Compilation - Rather than write down six individual stories and summaries, I'll just make one summary here. They weren't always the El Masters, but people with dreams and aspirations of their own; Until they are called upon by the El. Lives and promises are broken. Friends and love are lost. Dreams and beliefs are abandoned. And a new purpose is molded for them. And they cannot refuse.

???1 - The six Masters have been at last assembled. But the final piece, the Lady of El is still absent. Amidst a waning conflict, the new Masters must work together to bring their Lady home, or perish with Elrios.

The Forge - How much are you willing to sacrifice to achieve your dream? The price of power for some is cheap. For others, it is steep.

???2 - At last, Solace is defeated and the Lady of El freed. But, the final battle looms over the horizon, just beyond the boundary of light and dark. The El Search Party must embark on one last adventure, into the dark, as the pendulum begins to swing back.

Projects

Elrios

How's an AU-that-is-not-quite-an-AU sound to you? This project was originally called 'Elsword: Extended' and was started as a means for me to share a different tale than the one on Elysion. I was not satisfied with its conclusion (thankfully, it didn't last thanks to Elrianode and now Varnimyer) and I intended to take the story in a different direction. With the recent additions to the canonical story I am much more satisfied, but I invested a LOT of time and energy on plotting out the web that was this project so I'm going to keep it going. As before, the project will follow the El Search Party on a different adventure while also fleshing out Elrios as a living, breathing world.

Many of my future stories in the Elsword fandom will be under this project. As stated earlier, I will be taking the tale of the El Search Party and spinning a new adventure for them. Well, mostly new. Partly because I don't want to rewrite the ENTIRE journey from Ruben to Elysion. The story will remain as it is presently up to the first encounter with Solace on Elysion. Here is where my tale would begin.

I will be, however, sprinkling in a couple of original events of my own making into the current plot of the game, but they serve more to establish deeper character relationships as opposed to changing the narrative. My goal with this project is to enhance Elrios, not take it over. Also, I will be dropping several other stories that serve as lore for this Elrios. I will, in these tales, be taking some liberties with canonical characters, such as the El Masters.

Finally, any character introduced after Lu and Ciel will not be part of the project, though they may have brief appearances or mentions. This is because Rose was never a part of the El Search Party. Ever. Even in Elrianode. She's only there to draw in Dungeon Fighter fans anyways. And Ain is a literal retcon. And I'm not particularly interest in Laby.

So enough rambling from me. Below is a list of stories - current, finished and planned - that make up this project and will be noted of their chronological place in it. The closer to the top it is, the earlier it occurs in the timeline. Additions will be made as I finish plotting out more stories.
