 Author has written 20 stories for Janet Evanovich. Update* I've been getting a lot of guest reviews and private messages that I'm not able to respond to asking what happened to me or wondering when there will be an update on my WIPs, so I thought I'd do a little update here as to what is happening. I needed to put my writing aside for a little while to focus on my family and school. In January I went back to college full-time and I'm taking a full-time credit load for summer semester too. Aside from this my autistic son graduated from high school last year, so I've been full-time care-taking for the last year. Anyway, I felt that school needed to be my priority, and will be for the next two years since I have almost 60 credits to go. I managed to get high honors last semester and would like to keep my GPA at that level so no fun for me ;-) On the bright side I'm off of school for five weeks starting the first week of August through the second week of September. During this time I'm hoping to finish up Taken. There isn't much left if I stick to the original outline. I'm thinking that I'll probably finish the entire story before I start posting new chapters though. No Longer A Choice I'm hoping to finish up during my holiday break, so hopefully by the new year. I know, that's a long time, but I don't see it being done sooner. How to Find True Love, I don't have any plans for right now. I'm thinking about just pulling it down and rewriting it as I really don't like this story at all. I've also been making A LOT of notes and saving little writing prompts that made me think up some new ideas. I really hope I have time to write a few of them as one-shots over the next year. I miss reading and writing here. And those friends I've made along the way, I miss hearing from you too. |
