UPDATE: 22 December 2005

No, my faithful readers, there is nothing wrong with your eyes. I HAVE UPDATED! The revised version of Chapter 5 is finally here! Happy Holidays, everyone!

ANNOUNCEMENT: 29 September 2005

Okay, I know most of my readers are not too happy with me right now, so let me first say I am SOOOO sorry I haven't updated my story. I HAVE NOT given up on it, but I AM stuck on where it's going right now. I had this fic planned up to at least the twelfth chapter, but found that it had a lot of flaws and needed LOTS of revision. Also, as some of you may not know, I have two kids, one of whom I home-school and the other a one-year-old who has made it her personal mission to get into everything and make me run after her constantly. So, the actual time I have to write or even plan my stories is not very plentiful. Uzumaki-sama and I have been planning a co-write for over a year and we still haven't even had the time to finish the first chapter of THAT, nor have I had the time to beta her stories like I was doing. Tears hair out in exasperation I also need to re-play FF9 to refresh my memory, as I will be using a lotof elements from that game in my fic, and I am constantly worried that I won't get Kuja's character right. T_T But I AM continuing with the fic, however I don't know when I am going to update next. I am still revising Part 5, which I don't think should take too much longer, but I'm not going to make any promises that it will come quickly. I have even thought about just waiting for KH2 to come out so that maybe it can give me a better idea of how I want to plan things, because CoM was able to fill a HUGE plot hole for me and I wonder if KH2 would help me to resolve more of my storyline as well. But rest assured that I AM still planning the fic out and I haven't left it to rot.

Secondly, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has reviewed my fic and loved it, despite the fact that I have neglected it for so long. Most of you have been great and I love you guys for it, and you don't know what it means to me to have your support. If not for all of the encouraging reviews and emails, I may have abandoned this fic after all. For anyone who has emailed me and not gotten a response, I am truly sorry, but I am letting everyone know now that WIR is not dead and I AM still working on it.

Well, not much to say, other than I like anime/manga, RPGs, yaoi, shounen-ai, and some het as well. If you’re curious about my pen name, Meruhesae is a female character in a very cute Korean shounen-ai manga called Demon Diary. Meruhesae is a female demon who is also a seer, and she’s funny and looks cool. ; The manga has been licensed by Tokyopop, anyone who likes shounen-ai should definitely invest in this manga. _ Right now the main pairing I write is Riku/Sora from Kingdom Hearts, but in the future I also plan to write Suikoden (Jowy/Riou), Gundam Seed (Athrun/Kira), Demon Diary (Eclipse/Raenef), and other anime/games as well. Eventually I’ll have a list of all my favorite pairings, after I watch some of the anime I’ll be getting for my birthday. _ For now, please enjoy my fics!
