So...hi, I guess. This is going to sound strange, but here goes--I have been coming to this site for ten years now and I am just now getting around to making a profile. Yeah, I know. A decade in and I finally decide to make an account.

Now you have somehow found your way onto that account and I guess I have to put something here. To be honest...I kinda got nothing. I've seen people try and be funny (and fail at it, for the most part) on their accounts and seen people that have an ungodly amount of those annoying "Post This If You Feel/Believe/Think X" plastered all over their account, but you didn't come here for that, did you? You're here because for some reason, you actually like my writing enough to click up on this thing...or maybe you just want to flame me or just miss-clicked. Either way, thanks for stopping by...I think.

Anyhow, I guess I should say a bit about myself. Like I said, I'm just kind of a typical white guy in college right now. Don't really have any dreams of being a published author like a couple folks on this site do (all the more power to them if they can actually do it), this is just something I'm doing to have some fun. That said, try not to take things too seriously--I'm not. Again, I'm just doing this for fun. If I don't update for awhile, it's probably because I'm busy with school. I'll be back, so in the meantime, check out some other authors. Kenchi618's pretty (very) good. So are Gavedin and AlphaDelta1001.

I'll probably be dealing in crossovers for the most part, primarily in Naruto ones. Why? I dunno, I grew up with the series and it just kinda stuck with me. I don't deny that it's certainly gone down hill (i.e. crashed and burned), but then again, so did Bleach (in a much worse fashion if you ask me) and One Piece is...meh.

I know--I don't like any of the "Big Three" and that's practically sacrilege to some people. You think that's bad? It gets worse--I hate Fairy Tail with a passion, I didn't enjoy either Death Note or Code Geass, and I think Evangelion and Gurren Lagann are incredibly overrated. At least I know I'm not alone in hating Sword Art Online. Seriously, that anime is the work of Satan and, though I rarely say this, you should feel bad for liking it.

But hey, before you grab your pitchforks and torches and storm the gates, let me say that I don't hate everything. I wouldn't be here if I did.

You want to see some awesome anime/manga? Here are my recommendations: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Fullmetal Alchemist, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, Ajin, Cowboy Bebop, Denkigai no Honya-san, Imawabi no Dakini, Gintama, Sket Dan, Kono Bijutsubu ni wa Mondai ga Aru!, Sword of the Stranger (yeah, it's a movie, but still check it out). If your into comics, then try out the Hellboy series. It's one of the few series that actually has fun with itself nowadays instead of trying to always be dark and brooding. For those of you who haven't already, Alan Moore's Watchmen is probably just about the most complex and developed piece of pop fiction ever written, so I'd check that out too.

Well, that's enough about my tastes. Hell, I'm sure there's a mob queuing up as you read this to tell me my favorite anime is shit. Ah well. To each his own, I guess.
